Cashback 10% up to IDR 50K at Rumah Makan Seroja

 

General Terms and Conditions of the 10% (ten percent) Cashback Program at Rumah Makan Seroja (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who participate in the 10% Cashback Program (“Program”) organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner PT Citra Boga Nusantara (“RM SEROJA”).

The Program Period is from 25 August 2025 to 31 January 2026 (‘Program Period’).

The program is applicable to Bank Danamon customers who hold and transact with: i) Bank Danamon Debit Cards; ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard & American Express logos, as well as Bank Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but excluding Corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards; and iii) Bank Danamon QRIS, whether funded from a savings account or a Credit Card through D – Bank PRO (“Customers”).

 

  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is valid with the following details
    1. The Cashback Program offers a 10% (ten percent) cashback with a maximum cashback of IDR 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) for transactions made using Danamon Credit Cards, Charge Cards, Debit Cards, and QRIS DBank PRO.
    2. The program applies with a minimum transaction of IDR 200.000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah).
    3. The Cashback Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  5. The program is available at RM SEROJA at the following address:
    1. Jl. Taman Setia Budi II No. 499, RT.1/RW.2, Kuningan, Setia Budi, Setiabudi District, South Jakarta City, Jakarta Special Capital Region 12910; and
    2. Ruko , Jl. Citra Garden VI Block H6A No. 10, Pegadungan, Kalideres District, West Jakarta City, Jakarta Special Capital Region 11830
  6. The Customer agrees that the Customer will not receive the Cashback quota as stipulated in point III.4.c above even if the Program Period has not ended.
  7. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, throughout the Program Period.
  8. The Program applies to Primary Card and Supplementary Card.
  9. Cashback rewards will be credited to the Customer's account used to make the Transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the Program Period ends.
  10. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  11. Bank Danamon will pay any applicable taxes (if any) on the Cashback rewards to the relevant tax authorities. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Cashback Rewards received by Customers are the sole responsibility of the Customer (self-assessment basis).
  12. If the Customer's account used to make transactions to participate in the Program is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of cashback, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Cashback cannot be given.
  13. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

  1. Products, services and/or services from merchant partners are not products and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Customer affirms that their transactions do not and will not involve money laundering or any other activities prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, irregularities, suspicious transactions, money laundering, or actions in violation of prevailing laws, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, revoke Program participation, and/or withhold the Cashback reward. The Customer remains obligated to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon QRIS Membership’, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if any fraud is suspected, customers are advised to immediately notify Hello Danamon.
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) program.
  9. These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK)..

WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
