These General Terms and Conditions of the Take Over Special Program for Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Customers (“Program Terms and Conditions”) govern the participation of eligible individuals (“Program Participants”) in the Take Over Special Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“BDI”) in collaboration with PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia (“ZAI”).

By participating in the Program, Program Participants agree to comply with all the provisions outlined below:

The Program runs from July 25, 2025 to December 31, 2025 ("Program Period").

To be eligible for the Program, participants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Hold an insurance policy issued by ZAI.
  2. Have a minimum monthly net income of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah).
  3. The maximum age at the end of the credit term is: 55 years, or in accordance with the retirement age for private sector employees, and 70 years for professionals and civil servants.
  4. The location of the collateral must fall within the BDI mortgage facility coverage area (Greater Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Yogyakarta Special Region, Batam, Bali, Medan, Makassar, Balikpapan, and Pekanbaru).
  5. Credit collectibility must be recorded in accordance with the Financial Information Service System of the Financial Services Authority (SLIK OJK), based on BDI's applicable provisions.
  1. To apply for the take-over facility, Program Participants must access the Program banner in the Medicillin application, complete the required e-form, and submit it. Eligible participants will be contacted by a BDI representative via email for further processing.
  2. BDI reserves the right to reject or cancel a participant’s application if they do not meet the Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Program Participants are responsible for reading and understanding the Program Terms and Conditions.
  4. Participants are solely liable for any loss, claims, or disputes arising from or related to their participation or cancellation from the Program.
  5. If a take-over facility application is approved, the participant agrees to bear the associated costs, which will be detailed in the credit agreement.
  6. Applicants must have held a mortgage facility at another financial institution for at least 36 (thirty-six) months prior to applying to BDI.
  7. Applicants must not have a history of restructuring or payment delays on their existing mortgage within the 6 (six) months preceding the application or within a timeframe otherwise determined by BDI.
  8. Joint income with a spouse may be used, supported by a valid marriage certificate.
  9. The maximum loan-to-value (LTV) will be determined based on the applicant’s mortgage rating and total credit facilities held, with a maximum of 85% of the appraised collateral value.
  10. The Program applies only to ready stock properties with valid ownership certificates (SHM, SHGB, or SHMSRS), in accordance with prevailing regulations.
  11. Property certificates must be under the name of the participant, their spouse, or their child.
  12. The minimum loan amount for the Program is IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah).
  13. Eligible collateral includes houses, shophouses, office homes, and apartments.

  1. General These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Credit Facilities." In case of inconsistency, these Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. Program Participants acknowledge and agree that BDI reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement the Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through BDI's available communication channels. If such changes involve benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions, participants have 30 (thirty) working days to submit written objections. Failure to object within this period will be deemed as acceptance. If a participant disagrees, they may cancel their participation after settling any outstanding obligations with BDI.
  3. Program Participants confirm that there are no transactions, nor will there be any, that indicate money laundering or other prohibited activities under Indonesian law.
  4. If fraud, misuse, or any irregular transactions are suspected, BDI reserves the right to cancel the transaction, suspend services, revoke Program participation, or withdraw any granted benefits. Participants remain liable for any outstanding obligations to BDI.
  5. If participants suspect fraud or irregularities, they are advised to immediately contact Hello Danamon.
  6. Should any provision of these Terms become unenforceable due to government or court decree, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  7. These Program Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation program.

NOTICE
Program Participants are advised to beware of fraud conducted by individuals impersonating BDI representatives or offering prizes. Any criminal acts committed by third parties under the guise of this Program are beyond BDI’s responsibility.
