Program KPR Super Deal

These General Terms and Conditions apply to participants of the Super Deal Mortgage (KPR) Program ("Program Terms and Conditions"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("BDI").

By participating in the Program, Program Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The Program period runs from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 ("Program Period").

The Program is open to both new customers who are not yet registered with BDI ("new to bank") and existing BDI customers ("existing to bank") (collectively referred to as "Program Participants").

  1. Program Participants must read and fully understand these General Terms and Conditions.
  2. BDI reserves the right to reject or revoke a Program Participant's eligibility if they do not meet the Program’s terms and conditions.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for any losses, claims, demands, lawsuits, and/or liabilities that may arise in relation to their participation or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Program Participants are required to place blocked fresh funds in accordance with the following table:

Types of Blocking Funds

a. Program New to Privilege (“NTP”)

This offer is valid for individual customers who have not previously been registered under the BDI Privilege service. To participate, customers must deposit and block funds through the New to Privilege program by placing funds into savings accounts, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the program as may be updated from time to time. b. Program Top Up Balance (“TUB”)

This offer is valid for individual customers who are registered as BDI Privilege customers. To participate, customers must place and block funds through the Top Up Balance program by depositing funds into savings accounts, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the program as may be updated from time to time. c. Block savings account

This offer is valid for all types of individual customers. Customers must place and block funds entirely in a savings account, in accordance with the amount and period specified in Point 4 above. This placement must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the credit agreement signing.


  1. The account used for the placement and blocking of the funds must be registered in the name of the Program Participant.
  2. Program Participants may contact BDI’s mortgage sales officer or send an email to referral.center@danamon.co.id for further assistance with the Program application process.
  3. This Program is valid only for properties in ready stock condition that are registered with a Certificate of Ownership (SHM), Building Rights Certificate (SHGB), and/or Certificate of Ownership of Flats (SHMSRS), in accordance with applicable regulations.

Program Participants meeting the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and applying for mortgage facilities at BDI during the Program Period can benefit from the following interest rates:

Illustration explanation:

  1. Customer A is not eligible to participate in the Super Deal Mortgage Program because the amount of funds held does not meet the required minimum.
  2. Customer B is not eligible to participate in the Super Deal Mortgage Program because the holding period of the funds does not comply with the specified requirements. However, the customer still receives prize benefits from the New to Privilege (NTP) Program.
  3. Customer C is eligible to participate in the Super Deal Mortgage Program because both the amount and holding period of the funds meet the required criteria. The customer also receives prize benefits from the Top Up Balance (TUG) Program.
  4. Customer D is eligible to participate in the Super Deal Mortgage Program because the amount and holding period of the funds are in accordance with the terms. The customer also receives interest benefits based on the applicable terms of their savings product.
  1. Program Participants may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest BDI branch office, by contacting Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Facilities. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these provisions and the general terms and conditions of the Program, the provisions stated in these Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. Program Participants acknowledge and agree that BDI reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement these Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates will be communicated through BDI’s available communication channels. In the event of changes affecting the benefits, risks, fees, terms, or conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to BDI within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of such notification. If no objection is submitted within this period, the Program Participant is deemed to have accepted the changes. Should the Participant disagree with the changes, they may cancel their participation in the Program, provided all obligations to BDI (if any) have been fulfilled.
  3. Program Participants affirm that they are not, and will not be, involved in any transactions that indicate money laundering or other prohibited activities under the prevailing laws and regulations of Indonesia.
  4. In the event of suspected fraud, misuse, irregular transactions, improper conduct, money laundering, or other unlawful activities, BDI reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of BDI products or services, revoke Program participation, and/or withdraw any Program benefits granted. Program Participants remain responsible for settling any outstanding obligations to BDI (if applicable).
  5. If any irregularities or suspected fraud related to this Program are identified, Program Participants are encouraged to report the matter immediately to Hello Danamon.
  6. These Program Terms and Conditions have been prepared in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a registered participant of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

 

NOTICE
Program Participants are advised to be cautious of fraudulent activities conducted by individuals claiming to represent BDI and offering rewards or prizes in any form. Any fraudulent or criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or under the guise of this Program fall outside the responsibility and authority of BDI.
