Program Cashback Privilege Debit Card

These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Privilege Debit Card Cashback Program (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to Danamon Privilege Customers participating in the Danamon Privilege Debit Card Cashback Program (Program) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon).

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions in the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program starts from 1 July 2023 until 30 June 2024 (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria (Customers):
  1. Danamon Privilege Customers with a combined total minimum average balance worth IDR 500,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Rupiah), consisting of Savings, Current Accounts, Time Deposits, Investment Products and Unit Link Bancassurance Products.
  2. The Customer holds an active Danamon Privilege Debit Card.
  3. The Customer has at least 1 (one) Rupiah Savings account other than the Bank Danamon Payroll Savings product with active, single account status connected to the Danamon Privilege Debit Card.
  1. The Customer is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the full authority to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer must perform transactions using the Danamon Privilege Debit Card.
  5. The condition for transactions to be calculated for cashback rewards is as follows (Transactions): (i) purchase/payment transactions through EDC machines (offline) at any merchant via the POS network; or (ii) purchase/payment transactions via e-commerce (online) at any merchant via POS (excluding e-wallet applications).
  6. Not applicable for purchase/payment transactions via ATM and/or D-Bank PRO.
  7. Customers will receive cashback rewards by accumulating a minimum transaction of IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Rupiah) within 1 (one) month using the Danamon Privilege Debit Card. The calculation of the Transaction month period is illustrated as follows:
    a. The period for July is from 1 July 2023 until 30 July 2023.
    b. The period for August is from 1 August 2023 until 31 August 2023.
  8. If the Transaction is performed using a currency other than Rupiah, the Transaction value that is calculated refers to the Transaction value in Rupiah based on applicable prevailing exchange rate at the Bank Danamon system.
  9. By performing Danamon Privilege Debit Card transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions during the Program Period, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The execution of the transaction constitutes valid proof of the Customer's participation in this Program and his/her agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Customers are entitled to receive rewards once they have fulfilled the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Rewards in the form of cashback are equivalent to 10% (ten) of the accumulated value of Danamon Privilege Debit Card Transactions within a 1 (one) month period with a maximum cashback value of IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) (Reward).
  3. Customers can receive rewards in each transaction month period as long as they comply with the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. Rewards will be credited to the Customer's Rupiah savings account, which is connected to the Danamon Privilege Debit Card used for the transaction, no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the last date of the Transaction month period.
  5. The tax for reward is borne by Bank Danamon.

  1. Bank Danamon exercises full authority over the Transaction verification process.
  2. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the issuance of rewards under this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. These Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Privilege Services".
  7. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days starting from the date of notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement and compliance with these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit objections within that period. If the Customer disagrees with these changes, then he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  8. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at. hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  11. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

REMINDER

Customers should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
