The General Terms and Conditions of this Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the CROSSBORDER QRIS TRANSACTION CASHBACK PROGRAM (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").
Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:
The program period is from 15 August to 31 October 2025, as follows:

Independence Day Program Period: 15 August – 17 August 2025

Regular Program Period: 1 September - 31 October 2025 (“Program Period”)
Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

Danamon customers who have an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period.

Customers who conduct transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customers who have D-Bank PRO.

This program is also valid for Bank Danamon employees.
hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.

Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

The Customer understands and agrees that if the Cashback Quota has been used up before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive any Cashback.

By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

The transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customers will receive a Reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as long as the quota is available.

The Reward will be given in the form of cashback (“Reward").

For this Program, to receive the cashback Reward, Customers must comply with the following program terms and conditions:

Independence Day Promotion Period:
80% cashback up to IDR 178,000 (one hundred and seventy-eight thousand Rupiah) by making payments using QRIS D-Bank PRO Crossborder with savings as the source of funds and a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah)

Regular Program Period:
10% cashback up to IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) by making payment transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO Crossborder with savings as the source of funds with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) (“Transaction”).

The applicable transactions are QRIS Crossborder transactions conducted in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan (for Japan specifically, transactions will be counted starting from 17 August).

The maximum transaction limit for QRIS transactions, as determined by Bank Indonesia, is IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) per transaction, and a maximum of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million Rupiah) per day.

For 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File), a customer is only entitled to receive a maximum of 3 (three) Cashback rewards during the Program Period.

Cashback will be credited to the customer's account used for the Bank Transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the Program Period ends in the month the Transaction was made.

Participation in this Program is free of charge.

In the event that the Customer's account used for the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of Cashback, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Cashback cannot be provided.

Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or transactions, as long as not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and become an integral part of this Program.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Prize for this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

If there are indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback for the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Bank of Indonesia (BI) and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
