Program Ultimate Medical dengan Noage International

General Terms and Conditions of Ultimate Medical Program (“General Program Terms and Conditions”) is applicable Terms and conditions for customers that join the Ultimate Medical Program (“Program”) that is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk in collaboration with Noage International, Inc. (“Noage”).

from the Program Period is 21st May 2025 - 20th May 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible for this Program are as follows:

  1. Bank Danamon customers who have an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period; and
  2. Bank Danamon customers who are included in the Danamon Privilege Service based on the applicable provisions of Bank Danamon; and
  3. Bank Danamon customers who have an active Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card during the Program Period. 
  4. The Program is also valid for Bank Danamon Employees.

Hereinafter referred to as “Program Participant”.

  1. The Program Participant is obliged to read and understand these Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank has the right to reject or cancel Program Participant participation in this Program shall Program Participant fail to meet the Program General Terms and Conditions. 
  3. The Program Participant is fully responsible for all risks of loss, claim, charges and/ or claim related to participation and/or cancellation of Program Participant in this Program.
  4. Program Participant will be able to get additional benefit of medical checkup at Noage with every purchase of medical checkup package worth ¥44,000 Japanese Yen, multiplication does not apply.
  5. To enjoy the Program, Program Participant will need to register through Noage website link with e-form bdi.co.id/dpnoage .

  7. Program Participant that has performed registration through the link specified in number 5 above will be contacted by Noage staff for medical check up arrangements, information correlated to medical check-up, as well as payment process.
  8. This program can’t be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  9. With Program Participant performing transaction in accordance with this Program General Ters and Conditions, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to join the Program and comply with the Program General Term and Conditions. The transaction  made by Program Participant is deemed to be valid proof of Program Participant’s participation in the Program and the Program Participant's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Noage outlets participating in the Program are Tokyo Midtown Clinic (Roppongi) and Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower Midtown Clinic, which are affiliated with Noage. 

  1. Program Participant and/ or representative of Program Participant can submit complaints about bank product/ service verbally or in writting through Bank Danamon’s nearest branch or through Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or through email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedure about complaint service is accessible through https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Product and/or services from Noage are not the product and responsibility of Bank Danamon, hence shall be entirely responsibility of Noage. Should there be any issues and/or complaint in correlation to the product, service, and/or Program, please contact Noage.
  2. Program Participant declare that there is no and will be no transactions that are indicated as money laundering and/or other illegitimate transactions under the applicable Indonesia’s law and regulation.
  3. Shall there be any indication of fraud, cheating, misused, irregular transactions, unfair transaction, money laundering and/or other action that does not comply with applicable laws, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon product/ service, cancellation of the Program participation, as well as cancellation of awarding the Program benefit to the Program Participant. Program Participant still have the responsibility to settle entire obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. General Program Term and Conditions of this Program are one entity and are an inseparable part of “PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk General Account Term and Conditions and banking service”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit Card/ ATM”, “Danamon Credit Card General Terms and Conditions”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Privilege Services", and other terms and conditions of banking product and/or services. In the event of any differences or conflicting terms between there provisions and Program General Terms and Conditions, then the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 
  5. Program Participant agree and acknowledge that Danamon Bank has the right to correct/ change/ complete the Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every correction/ addition/ update on this Program General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through media communication that is available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in benefits, risk, fee, terms and conditions in terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Program Participant has the right to submit an objection in writing to Danamon Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the announcement about the changes has been made by Danamon Bank through its communication media. Program Participant agree that Program Participant will be deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Program Participant does not file an objection within the period mentioned above. If the Program Participant does not agree to the changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Program Participant's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any irregularities are found regarding this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participant are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  7. Should there be a provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program which by virtue of a Government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or declared null and void, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and these other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank of Indonesia and is a member of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  9. This Program General Terms and Conditions has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan regulations.
