PROGRAM CASH ATTACK AUTODEBIT DANAMON & ADIRA

The General Terms and Conditions of the Cash Attack – Adira & Autodebit Danamon Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Customers participating in the Cash Attack – Adira & Autodebit Danamon Program (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. (“Adira”).

The Customer hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

This Program is valid from 1 September 2025 – 30 November 2025 (“Program Period”).

  1. This Program is only available to Customers who do not yet have an account with Bank Danamon (“Customer”) and who apply for Yamaha motorcycle financing with an On The Road (OTR) price equal to or greater than IDR 25 million through Adira.
  2. The purchase of Yamaha motorcycles as referred to in point 1 above is valid at the following Adira locations and branches:

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer’s participation in the Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer shall be fully responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising in connection with their participation or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer is required to:
    1. Open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account via the D-Bank PRO application and register/bind auto-debit using their Danamon savings account number.
    2. Enter the referral code CABDI at the beginning of the account opening process.
    3. Purchase a Yamaha motorcycle product with an OTR price equal to or above IDR 25 million at Adira branches in the Jabodetabek area as listed in point II.2, with installment options of 6, 9, or 12 months.
    4. Register and bind auto-debit and make installment payments using auto-debit.
    5. Place funds in Bank Danamon’s online deposit product via the D-Bank PRO application, with the amount and term as specified in point III.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. Customers who have placed an online deposit in accordance with the provisions of point III.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and have made their first installment payment for Adira financing will be entitled to interest and rewards in the form of cashback, subject to the following conditions:

  6. The first 20 (twenty) Customers who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and are eligible for rewards will also receive an additional cashback of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) for a Mandiri e-money top-up transaction made via the D-Bank PRO application, with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah), no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after account opening.
  7. Funds considered for participation in the Program must be fresh funds, defined as funds originating from cash deposits made at Bank Danamon branches or transfers from other bank accounts into the Customer’s newly opened savings account, which must be effective in the account no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the opening of the online deposit.
  8. If a Program participant requests an early withdrawal of the Online Deposit before maturity, the participant will be subject to:
    1. A Program Penalty Fee and tax on the reward (“Program Penalty Fee”), calculated based on the cashback amount already credited to the Customer’s account; and
    2. A Penalty Fee for breaking the Online Deposit, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions at Bank Danamon (“Online Deposit Penalty Fee”).
  9. Early withdrawal may only be processed through Bank Danamon branches, in accordance with the Bank’s applicable terms and procedures, and the Customer must sign a Program Cancellation Form.
  10. The Program Penalty Fee and Online Deposit Penalty Fee will be paid by the Customer in full, and Bank Danamon will debit the Customer’s account accordingly.
  11. For the purchase of Yamaha motorcycle products with an OTR price equal to or above IDR 25 million, Customers who meet Adira’s credit underwriting criteria will be eligible for financing from Adira under the terms and conditions of Adira’s financing promotion (“Adira Financing Promo”).

    Customers will receive a special administrative fee of IDR 300,000 – IDR 500,000 if they purchase a Yamaha motorcycle as outlined in these General Terms and Conditions.

  12. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Such transactions shall serve as valid evidence of the Customer’s participation in the Program and their agreement to abide by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  13. Participation in this Program is free of charge and does not incur any fees for the Customer.
  1. Cashback for online deposit placement will be credited to the Customer’s account within 30 (thirty) business days after successfully making the first installment payment via Bank Danamon autodebit.
  2. Cashback for Mandiri e-money top-up will be credited to the Customer’s account together with the cashback for online deposit placement, provided that the quota is still available for the Customer.
  3. The net reward amount has been subject to tax deduction, with the prize tax borne by Bank Danamon, provided that the Customer has a valid and updated 16-digit National Identity Number (NIK) registered in Bank Danamon’s system and matched with the tax system. Proof of tax deduction on the reward can be obtained through Bank Danamon branch offices.
  4. The Customer understands and agrees that the reward related to online deposit placement will be considered as part of the interest received by the Customer on the deposit. Therefore, if the total reward and interest received exceeds the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) for deposits, the excess portion will not be covered by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Customers may obtain information regarding changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or via Hello Danamon.

  • On November 30, 2025, Customer C purchased a Yamaha motorcycle with a 12-month installment plan.
  • Customer C opened a bank account using the referral code (CABDI), registered for auto-debit, and placed funds in an online deposit with a 6-month term.
  • The program quota has been fully allocated.

  • Customer D does not yet have a Danamon Bank account.
  • On October 1, 2025, Customer D purchased a Yamaha motorcycle with a 12-month installment plan.
  • Customer D opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account using the referral code (CABDI), registered for auto-debit, and placed funds in an online deposit with a 6-month term.
  • Customer D makes monthly installment payments via Danamon auto-debit.
  • Customer D performed a Mandiri e-money top-up using the D-Bank PRO application.
  • The quota for additional cashback on the e-money top-up is still available.

Eligible to receive cashback for online deposit placement, as well as an additional cashback of IDR 25,000 for Mandiri e-money top-up.

  1. The products and/or services provided by Adira are not products and/or services of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon. Therefore, they are entirely under the responsibility of Adira. For matters related to Adira’s products and/or services, including customer complaints regarding such products and/or services, customers may contact Adira via WhatsApp/Call Center (1500 511) or email at customercare@adira.co.id.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk,” the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO,” and the “General Terms and Conditions for Deposit Placement.” In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these terms and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid, or declared null and void by government regulation or court decision, such condition shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or other terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the date the changes are communicated. The Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within the specified period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, they may cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to the Bank (if any) are settled. Furthermore, the Customer agrees that any data provided by Adira to Bank Danamon will be used solely for the purpose of validating this Program’s promotional eligibility.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no, and will not be, any transactions that are suspected to involve money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, abuse, irregular transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon’s products/services, revoke Program participation, and cancel any Program benefits granted to the Customer. The Customer remains obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers are advised to exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and offering prizes in any form. Any fraudulent acts or other criminal activities carried out by third parties in connection with or under the name of the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
