Low-Interest Special Promo

The Low-Interest Special Promo is a promotional offer provided by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. (hereinafter referred to as "Bank Danamon"). It applies to customers who apply for Mortgage (Home Ownership Loan) and KMG (Multipurpose Loan) facilities through any Bank Danamon channel.

This program is valid until June 30, 2025.

  1. Customers who apply for loan facilities through any Developer or Broker channel that has partnered with Bank Danamon or through the nearest Danamon branch.
  2. Customers must open Bank Danamon products in accordance with the promo terms (see Section III.2).

The program follows the general terms and conditions of the applicable mortgage.

  1. The Customer and/or their representative may submit a complaint regarding dissatisfaction with the Banking Program, transaction, or service through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, by calling Hello Danamon at 1-500-090 (GSM), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id. Complaints can be submitted orally or in writing.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed at Bank Danamon's website.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services remain valid and binding unless otherwise stated in this Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Banking Accounts and Services.
  3. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel their participation in this Program if they fail to meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Amendments"). Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable timeframe or as required by applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or other communication channels based on the latest registered customer data.
  5. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, or conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification. If the Customer does not raise an objection within this period, they will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer disagrees with the changes, they have the right to close their account and/or services, provided they first settle all obligations with Bank Danamon.
  6. All transactions must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, and must not involve money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  7. If there are reports of suspected fraud or irregularities in a transaction, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or withhold funds.

  9. These General Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.

NOTICE

Customers should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals posing as Bank Danamon representatives and promising rewards in any form. Any fraudulent or criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with this Program are beyond the Bank’s authority.
