Contactless Feature on Danamon Credit and Charge Cards

Effective September 30th, 2021, Danamon Credit and Charge Cards are equipped with Contactless feature, indicated by the Contactless logo on the front of the card.

  1. Explanation for Transactions with Contactless Feature on Danamon Credit and Charge Cards
    1. Transactions with the Contactless feature without a PIN in Indonesia are limited to a maximum amount of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) per transaction, and transactions exceeding IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) are required to use a 6-digit PIN as proof of authorization.
    2. Transactions with the Contactless feature conducted abroad will follow the regulations applicable in each respective country.
  2. The issuance of Danamon Credit and Charge Cards with Contactless feature follow these terms and conditions:
    1. This applies to Danamon Credit and Charge Cards, whether new, renewed, or replacement cards.
    2. If you wish to have a Danamon Credit and/or Charge Card with Contactless feature before your card renewal, you can request a replacement of your Danamon Credit and/or Charge Card through Hello Danamon at 1-500-090.
