Payday Cashback Groceries for June 2025

The General Terms and Conditions of the IDR 150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rupiah) Payday Cashback Program (the "Program Terms and Conditions") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who hold and use a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Payday Cashback Groceries Program worth IDR 150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rupiah), organized by Bank Danamon.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to and is bound by the following Program Terms and Conditions:

The Program is valid from June 28, 2025 to June 29, 2025 ("Program Period").

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demand, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Valid for Danamon Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard Classic, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; as well as Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards ("Card").
  5. Cardholders will get cashback of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) with the following conditions:
    1. Make a transaction in the Grocery (Supermarket) category with a minimum of IDR 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) per transaction; no multiple transactions apply;
    2. Transactions with the Grocery (Supermarket) category are determined based on the details of the Merchant Category Code (MCC) accepted by the Bank Danamon system, namely MCC 5411 and 5499;
    3. 5411 and 5499 are Merchant Category Code (MCC) that is used as the basis for calculation/participation in the program in accordance with the provisions of Bank Danamon;
    4. Transactions included in the Program are the ones from the Main Card and the Supplementary Card;
    5. For Danamon Mastercard World Elite Credit Card, transactions included in the Program are only domestic transactions, excluding the ones carried out overseas;
    6. Transactions that are converted into installments are not eligible to get cashback;
    7. QRIS transactions using Credit Card funds are not eligible to get cashback;
    8. Cashback is valid for 1 (one) transaction per Card during the Program Period;
    9. The Program applies to both Main and Supplementary Cardholders;
    10. If the Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Card, then cashback is valid for all Cards owned by the Cardholder.

  7. Cashback will be credited to the Cardholder's Card no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the end of the Program Period and then the cashback will be shown on the billing statement.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the Cardholder's Card that is active and has a valid NPWP or NIK that is valid as an NPWP.
  9. Cashback is subject to applicable tax regulations in Indonesia. The Cardholder is required to provide valid NPWP information or NIK that is valid as an NPWP. Proof of tax withholding (Non-Final Income Tax) can be obtained through Bank Danamon branch offices.
  10. Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  11. The Program is also valid for Bank Danamon employees.
  12. If the Cardholder takes an action that causes the Cardholder to no longer comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to provide cashback.
  13. By making a transaction in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions made by such Cardholders are valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the "Danamon Credit Card Membership Terms and Conditions" and "Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is a report of indications of fraud and/or irregularity in transactions, improper transactions, money laundering crimes, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide cashback to the Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obliged to pay off all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in the benefits, risks, costs, General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will deem the Cardholder to agree to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objection within the above-mentioned timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first completing all the Cardholder's obligations that are still owed to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or Cardholders' representatives may submit complaints about banking transactions/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Procedures concerning Cardholder complaint services can be accessed through the https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

NOTICE
Cardholders must be careful of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any form of fraud or other acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program is beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
