Save up to IDR 1 Million at Garuda Indonesia

The Terms and Conditions of the up to IDR 1 (one) Million Discount Program at Garuda Indonesia (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) outline the applicable guidelines for customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) as part of the up to IDR 1 (one) Million Discount Program at Garuda Indonesia (“Program”). This Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner PT Garuda Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk (“Garuda Indonesia”).

By participating in the Program, Cardholders agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions: 

The Program is valid from June 9, 2025, to June 15, 2025 (“Program Period”). 

  1. This Program is valid for holders of Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the American Express logo. It excludes Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Corporate Cards (hereinafter referred to as the "Card").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand these General Terms and Conditions of the Program before participating.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in the Program if they do not meet the applicable Terms and Conditions.
  4. Cardholders assume full responsibility for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation in or cancellation from the Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following conditions:

    • Cardholders must follow the procedures and complete the Program requirements available on the www.garuda-indonesia.com website and the FlyGaruda App.
    • Booking period: 9 – 15 June 2025.
    • Travel period: Until 31 December 2025.
    • To receive the discount, Cardholders must enter the promo code SCHOOLIDAY on the FlyGaruda website or app before selecting a flight.
    • The Program applies to both domestic and international ticket purchases.
    • Discounts are applied during the payment stage, with the system automatically deducting the transaction amount.
    • Discounts are only valid for transactions made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
    • The Program is limited to one (1) transaction per card, per tier, per day.
    • The Program is valid on blackout dates for routes listed on the Garuda Indonesia website.
    • Refunds, reissues, and rescheduling are subject to Garuda Indonesia’s applicable ticket subclass policies.
    • For refunds, customers may send an email to: e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com.
    • For rescheduling or reissuing tickets, customers may contact the Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0804 1 807 807, 021 2351 9999, or use the Live Chat feature.
    • Rescheduling or reissuing tickets outside the promo period for discounted tickets will be subject to upsell charges based on published fares. 
  6. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Such transactions constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation and acceptance of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. 
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
