Win 2 Tickets to The SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025

The Program General Terms and Conditions for the Win 2 Tickets to the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 for Platinum Card® Danamon ("Program General Terms and Conditions") governs the participation of customers in Win 2 Tickets to the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 for Platinum Card® Danamon ("Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Tbk,  Singapore Grand Prix, and Formula 1 ("Organizers").

By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions:

The Program runs from 1 to 30 July 2025 ("Program Period").

Eligible participants must:

  1. Hold an active Platinum Card® Danamon (BIN 3755392).
  2. Ensure the card is active, not blocked, and has no outstanding payments.
  3. Only primary cardholders are eligible.

    herein after referred to (“Participants”).


  1. Participants must read, understand, and agree to these Terms before joining.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel participation for non-compliance.
  3. Participants bear full responsibility for any risks, claims, or disputes arising from participation.
  4. To participate in this program, participants must have accumulated minimum spending requirement of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) to participate. The eligible transactions that is accounted for are:
    1. The total transaction amount shall be calculated based on the accumulated transactions from both the primary and supplementary cards.
    2. Only transactions with a transaction date falling between July 1 and July 30, 2025 (inclusive) shall be considered for this program.
    3. Only offline retail transactions (both domestic and international) shall qualify as eligible transactions.
    4. The following transaction types are excluded from this program: online transaction, cash advance, QRIS, insurance, bill payments, installment conversions, money transfer or cancelled transactions.
  5. 4 (four) Program Participants with the highest accumulated transaction value during the Program Period ("Winning Participants") are entitled to a prize of 2 (two) Sky Suite tickets for the event organized by the Singapore Grand Prix, and Formula 1 on October 3–5, 2025, with the following terms and conditions:
    1. The prize received by the Winning Participants does not include flight tickets, accommodation, or any other incidental expenses.
    2. The costs mentioned in point 6.a shall be borne by the Winning Participants.
    3. Income tax (PPh) on the Program prize shall be the responsibility of the Program Participant.
  6. The ticket/s for the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 is not transferrable and cannot be resold. In the event it is sold or traded, the ticket will be revoked.
  7. Prize will be in the form of a physical ticket.
  8. Winner Announcement Mechanism:
    1. Winners will be announced no later than August 31, 2025.
    2. The mechanism for announcing the Winning Participants will be informed after the program period ends using the media owned by the Bank (telephone, Email blast, Whatsapp Blast, and physical letters
    3. For the purpose of collecting the prize, the Winning Participant is required to inform the Bank and the Program Organizer of their full name and the last 4 (four) digits of their passport number and the Winning Participant is required to sign the documents requested by the Program Organizer.
    4. If the Bank does not receive confirmation from the winning customer, the Bank reserves the right to select a new winner for the program.
    5. If the Winning Participant does not attend the event, they forfeit any right to claim or demand any compensation from Bank Danamon, American Express, Singapore Grand Prix, or Formula 1 for the unclaimed prize.
    6. The mechanism for receiving the prize will be further communicated to the Winning Participants through Danamon Bank's communication channels.
  9. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions made by the Program Participant shall serve as valid proof of their participation in the Program and their agreement to adhere to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.

  1. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against Formula One World Championship Limited (and its related companies) (together, “F1”) and Singapore GP where the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

  3. All offers are subject to the respective merchant's terms and conditions. Any queries on such offers or its terms and conditions should be directed to the merchant in question.
  4. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable if the services, activities, or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchants involved in the Program and the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025 (“Merchants”). American Express does not endorse any services or products featured. The Merchant is fully responsible for fulfilling all services and benefits related to the offer, including all applicable privileges.
  5. American Express and F1 shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the offer.
  6. The Merchants reserve the right to change their terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice. The user acknowledges that any disputes in relation to the promotion are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities or benefits. American Express and F1 shall have no involvement in resolving or any liability in respect of any disputes related to the offer. 
  7. All offers are subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in the relevant jurisdiction where they are made available. American Express and F1 reserve the right to require the merchant to modify, suspend, or terminate the offers if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  8. Products and/or services from Formula 1 and Singapore GP are not products or responsibilities of Bank Danamon and remain entirely the responsibility of Formula 1 and Singapore GP. Should there be any issues or complaints regarding products and/or services from Formula 1 and Singapore GP, Program Participants must contact Formula 1 and Singapore GP directly.
  9. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or transactions shall remain valid and binding on Program Participants, forming an inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stipulated herein. 
  10. These General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of the Danamon Charge Card Terms and Conditions. The latter shall remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions.
  11. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon's available communication channels. In case of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification through Bank Danamon's communication channels. Program Participants agree that failure to object within this period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they may terminate their participation in the Program after settling all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  12. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions indicating money laundering activities and/or any other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  13. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Bahasa Indonesian versions of the Program’s Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  14. If there are reports of suspected fraud, misconduct, and/or irregular transactions, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate Program participation, or revoke Program prizes from the relevant Program Participants.
  15. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions set by the Financial Services Authority.
  16. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the deposit insurance program of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals falsely claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising rewards of any kind. All fraudulent activities or other criminal acts conducted by third parties in connection with or under the guise of the Program fall outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
