GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FX MISSION D-BANK PRO PROGRAM


These General Terms and Conditions of the FX Mission D-Bank PRO Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the FX Mission D-Bank PRO Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The FX Mission D-Bank PRO program is a program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) for invited Bank Danamon customers who use the D-Bank PRO application to conduct FX transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Period: 16 July 2025 – 30 April 2026 (“Program Period”). 

The program is intended only for invited customers, with the following criteria:

  1. All customers who have a foreign currency account or DL PRO but have never made an FX transaction (FCY-FCY / FCY-IDR for 3 (three) months; or
  2. Customers who have participated in the New FX D-Bank PRO Program and have made online foreign exchange (FX) transactions through the D-Bank Pro application with a minimum value of USD 500.- (equivalent) after all the requirements of the New FX D-Bank PRO Program have been met.

  1. Customers are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to reject or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers must carry out foreign exchange (FX) transactions, namely carrying out transfer transactions from one currency to another, either Rupiah to foreign currency or from one foreign currency to another foreign currency through D-Bank PRO in accordance with the provisions of point IV.e of the General Terms and Conditions ("Transactions").
  5. For Customers who make Transactions in accordance with the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period, the Customer is entitled to receive Cashback (“Cashback”) with the following details:

    1. Mission 1: Customers make foreign exchange (FX) transactions through the D-Bank PRO application with a minimum amount equivalent to USD 500.- (five hundred United States Dollars), then the Customer will receive Cashback of IDR 20,000,- (twenty thousand Rupiah).
    2. Mission 2: In the following month after Mission 1, the Customer makes a foreign exchange (FX) transaction through D-Bank PRO with a minimum amount equivalent to USD 700 (seven hundred United States Dollars), then the Customer will receive a Cashback of IDR 30,000 (thirty thousand Rupiah).
    3. Mission 3: In the following month after Mission 2, the Customer makes a foreign exchange (FX) transaction through the D-Bank PRO application with a minimum amount equivalent to USD 1,000.- (one thousand United States Dollars), then the Customer will receive a Cashback of IDR 50,000,- (fifty thousand Rupiah).
    4. Grand Prize: If the Customer has made transactions for 3 consecutive months according to the monthly mission, the Customer will receive a Grand Prize of Rp. 50,000.- (fifty thousand rupiah).
  6. Cashback provisions from transactions are not cumulative from several transactions, cashback will only be given if the nominal transaction meets the provisions in one transaction.
  7. Customers will not receive the Grand Prize or cashback from the previous mission if the Transaction is not carried out for 3 (three) consecutive months.
  8. Cashback and Grand Prize will be given as long as the quota is still available every month.
  9. Total Program quota is 8.500 (eight thousand and five hundred) Customer during program period, or 750 Customer per month during program period for mission 1 – 3 (”Program Quota”). 
  10. Customers will not receive Cashback if the Transaction does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  11. Each 1 (one) Customer is only entitled to receive Cashback a maximum of 1 (one) time each month with a maximum of 4 (four) times during the Program Period (including the Grand Prize).
  12. If the Cashback has reached the Program Quota as stated above, the Customer will not receive Cashback, even though the Program Period has not ended.
  13. If the Customer makes a Transaction that meets the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and meets the terms and conditions of other programs, the Customer will only receive the largest prize or benefit, not cumulative.
  14. Customers must have a Regular Rupiah Savings account or a Danamon Lebih PRO account for Cashback crediting.
  15. Customers are only entitled to get 1 (one) Cashback for each Mission in connection with the Program (multiples do not apply).
  16. By the Customer making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and be subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Program. The transaction is valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's Regular Savings/DL PRO Rupiah Savings account which is still active in Rupiah currency, with the provision that if the Customer has more than 1 (one) account at Bank Danamon, then Cashback will be credited to the account that was opened first.
  2. Cashback will be credited no later than 45 (forty five) working days after the end of the Transaction month.
  3. In the event that the Customer's account status is inactive or blocked or other conditions that prevent Cashback crediting from being possible, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Cashback cannot be provided.
  4. Customer participation in this program is free of charge. 
  5. Customers are fully responsible for tax obligations (if any) for Cashback received in accordance with the tax provisions in force in Indonesia from time to time.

Customers are entitled to get Cashback worth IDR 20,000.- from Mission 1 in addition to getting Cashback from the New FX D-Bank PRO Program for opening a DL-PRO account.

Customers make FX transactions through D-Bank PRO worth USD 1,000.- (one thousand United States Dollars) or equivalent.

Entitled to get Cashback worth IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah)

Grand Prize

Customers are not entitled to the Grand Prize Cashback of IDR 50,000.-

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24/7.
  2. Procedures regarding customer complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Transactions Through D-Bank PRO" and "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO Services". In the event of any differences or conflicts between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall apply.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering crimes and/or other transactions that are not permitted based on the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or provide Cashback to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to pay off all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  6. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).
  7. General Terms and Conditions This program is made in two languages (Indonesian and English). In the event of any difference in meaning or interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version will apply. 

 

WARNING
Customers must be careful of fraud committed by individuals who claim to be Bank Danamon by promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or claiming to be the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
