Register for Danamon Grab Credit Card on Grab app & Get a Rp25,000 Grab Voucher

These General Terms and Conditions ("Program General Terms and Conditions")for the Danamon Grab Credit Card Registration Program as a Payment Method in Grab Application ("Program") apply to Danamon Grab Credit Cardholders who participate in the Program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with Grab.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program Period is from 1 April 2023 - 31 January 2024 ("Program Period").

  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  4. Valid only for selected Danamon Grab Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") who are invited by Bank Danamon via electronic mail (email) or short message (SMS) sent to the Cardholders' electronic mail address or mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system ("Invitation").
  5. The Cardholder must register the Danamon Grab Credit Card as a payment method on the Grab Application within 1 (one) month after receiving the Invitation according to the following periods:

  6. Dengan terpilih dan terundangnya Pemegang Kartu serta melakukan pendaftaran Kartu Kredit Danamon Grab sebagai metode pembayaran pada Aplikasi Grab sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program, maka nasabah dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan menyetujui untuk mengikuti Program dan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program. Atas terpilih dan terundangnya Pemegang Kartu serta pendaftaran Kartu Kredit Danamon Grab sebagai metode pembayaran pada Aplikasi Grab yang dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kartu tersebut merupakan bukti yang sah atas keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program dan persetujuan Pemegang Kartu untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  7. Sehubungan dengan langkah-langkah untuk melakukan pendaftaran Kartu Kredit Danamon Grab sebagai metode pembayaran pada Aplikasi Grab, simak cara berikut.
  1. Cardholders who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive a Grab Voucher worth Rp25,000 (twenty five thousand rupiah). 
  2. The type of Grab Voucher that will be given is Grab Food Voucher.
  3. The Grab Voucher code is provided on the Invitation and can be used immediately after registering the Danamon Grab Credit Card. 
  4. There is no minimum transaction amount.
  5. The Cardholder must have/install the Grab Application, and the Grab Application must be active at the time of registering the Danamon Grab Credit Card as a payment method on the Grab Application and using the Grab Voucher.
  6. Grab Voucher is only valid when the Cardholder makes a transaction on the Grab Application using the Danamon Grab Credit Card.
  7. The use of Grab Voucher cannot be combined with other programs or promos.
  8. Grab Voucher is a discount voucher that can deduct part/all of the transaction with a certain value and if the Grab Voucher value is smaller than the transaction value, the difference must be paid by the Cardholder.
  9. Grab Voucher has an expiration period of 1 (one) month since its delivery via Invitation, if not used within that period, the Grab Voucher will be lost/voided/expired.

  1. Products and/or services from Grab are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and are the sole responsibility of Grab. If there are problems and/or complaints related to the products and/or services, please contact Grab.
  2. The Cardholder states that no transactions indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there is any report indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the participation of the Program, or give the prize to the Customer concerned.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain in effect and bind the Cardholder in an inseparable unit.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership". 
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder accepts that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  7. Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Procedures regarding Complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Beware of fraud. Make sure you are cautious and not deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising Rewards. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
