Program Limit Pre-Approved Take Over KPR Staff BDI

These General Terms and Conditions of the Limit Pre-Approved Takeover KPR Staff BDI Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to participants of the Limit Pre-Approved Takeover KPR Staff BDI Program ("Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("BDI").

By participating in the Program, participants agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as follows:

The Program runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 ("Program Period").

Participation in the Program is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria ("Program Participants"):

BDI permanent employees with the following criteria:

1) Not in the process of resignation / layoff

2) Not in the probationary period (has been appointed as a permanent employee)

3) Not in the period of receiving a warning letter

4) Employees with grade levels 1 to 8

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation or the cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. If a Program Participant’s application is approved by BDI, they agree to bear all fees incurred in connection with the takeover facility.
  5. Program Participant submissions cannot include the income of their spouse (if applicable).
  6. Additional provisions related to this Program are as follows:

    Application Source / How to Offer

    - Bank Danamon will contact prospective Program Participants to inform them of the pre-approved limit for the take over facility. The pre-approved limit is the maximum indicative ceiling that can be given by BDI to Program Participants in the event that Program Participants submit an application for KPR/KPA/KMG take over facilities.

    - Program participants submit applications for KPR/KPA/KMG facilities in accordance with the applicable provisions in BDI.

    Types and Conditions of Guarantee

    House / Shophouse / Apartment with conditions:

    • the building is 100 percent completed (ready stock); and
    • the certificate of land rights has been broken, whether it has been registered in the name of the Program Participant and/or the spouse of the Program Participant or has not been registered in the name of the Program Participant and/or the spouse of the Program Participant but the sale and purchase agreement (AJB) can be implemented;

    Installment Payment

    It is carried out by auto-debiting employee payroll accounts at Bank Danamon

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, by calling Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for submitting complaints can be accessed on the official website at: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Credit Facilities." In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the latter shall prevail.
  2. The Program Participant agrees and acknowledges that BDI reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates will be communicated through BDI's official communication channels. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, or conditions under this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to BDI within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification. If no objection is raised within this period, the Program Participant will be deemed to have accepted the changes. Should the Program Participant disagree with the amendments, they may cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to BDI, if any, are fulfilled beforehand.
  3. The Program Participant affirms that they have not engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that indicate money laundering or any other activities prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, abuse, transaction irregularities, abnormal transactions, money laundering, or any other actions that violate laws and regulations, BDI reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of BDI products and services, revoke participation in the Program, or withdraw any benefits granted under the Program. Program Participants remain responsible for settling any outstanding obligations to BDI, if applicable.
  5. If any irregularities or fraudulent activities related to this Program are suspected, Program Participants are encouraged to report them immediately to Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations, including the provisions set forth by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.
