The General Terms and Conditions of the 20% Cashback Program, with a maximum cashback of IDR 200,000 for Credit Card Activation (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”), apply to selected Cardholders invited to participate in the Program organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).
This Program is valid for credit card applications submitted between November 1, 2024, and October 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Cardholders who are invited by Bank Danamon via short message (SMS), WhatsApp, and/or email (“Invitation”) sent to the mobile number and/or email address registered in Bank Danamon’s system.
- Applicable to holders of Danamon Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express), excluding Corporate Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).

Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation if they do not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
- Cardholders must activate their Card and accumulate a minimum of IDR 500,000 (one million Rupiah) in retail transactions during the specified transaction period in the Invitation (“Transaction”).
- Transactions from the main and supplementary cards will be combined into one billing statement, i.e., the Main Credit Card Bill.
- Cardholders who meet the transaction criteria are entitled to a 20% cashback, up to a maximum of IDR 200,000, based on the total accumulated retail transaction value from the main and supplementary cards.
- Only retail transactions count toward the accumulated transaction amount. Excluded are bill payments, installment transactions (including those converted into installments), cash advances, insurance payments, and fund transfers.
- Each main Card (account level) is eligible for only one cashback reward during the Program Period. This does not apply to supplementary Cards.
- Cashback is non-cashable and non-transferable.
- Cardholders understand and agree that Bank Danamon reserves the right not to provide cashback.
- By conducting Transactions as per the Invitation and within the Program Period, invited Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and accept its General Terms and Conditions.

Cashback will be credited to the main Card account within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the last date of the month in which the qualifying Transaction was made.
- Cashback under this Program is not subject to tax.
- Cashback will not be granted if the Card is blocked or the Cardholder has overdue payments.
- Bank Danamon reserves the right to withhold or cancel cashback for transactions deemed irregular or inconsistent with prevailing laws and regulations, including but not limited to cash swipes and purchases from merchants selling prohibited items.
- If the Cardholder cancels a transaction that affects their eligibility under the Program, Bank Danamon may revoke the cashback benefit.

The Cardholder confirms that there are no and will not be any transactions indicating money laundering or any activity prohibited by Indonesian laws and regulations.
- If there is any indication of fraud, money laundering, or other irregular activities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, disqualify participation, and revoke the cashback. This cancellation does not nullify the Cardholder’s obligation to settle their Card bills.
- Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products/services that are not specifically governed by this Program shall remain valid and binding.

If any inconsistencies arise, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
- The Cardholder acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise, amend, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions. Any such updates will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s official channels. If the Cardholder disagrees with the changes, they may submit a written objection within 30 (thirty) working days of the announcement. If no objection is raised, the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholder chooses not to accept the changes, they may withdraw from the Program after fulfilling any outstanding obligations.
- This Program complies with applicable regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
NOTICE
Cardholders are advised to beware of fraudulent activities by individuals impersonating Bank Danamon and promising prizes. Any acts of fraud or crime conducted by unauthorized third parties claiming to represent this Program are beyond Bank Danamon’s responsibility.
