The Mortgage Referral Program is an ecosystem designed to manage Members (referral providers), including Developer Employees, Individual Real Estate Agents, Non-Partner Real Estate Broker Agents, and KPR Danamon Customers. This program serves as an update to the Danamon Agent channel, enhancing Member criteria, registration flow, distribution processes, and referral submissions.

All registration and referral submission processes are conducted through the Danamon Corporate Website e-form, which is submitted to Bank Danamon. Participants who meet the requirements outlined in the Program Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate and receive commissions through this channel.

This program runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

 

 

This program can only be joined by Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. All individuals who are: employees of developers, both partners and non-partners; individual real estate agents; non-partner real estate broker agents; and Bank Danamon debtors who have been granted KPR, KPA, Multipurpose Loan, Take Over, or home financing facilities based on conventional or sharia principles at the Bank.
  2. This program does not apply to any Bank Danamon employees (both fixed-term and non-fixed-term workers) or outsourced employees of the Bank.
  3. Family members of Bank Danamon employees who are responsible for distributing KPR, KPA, Multipurpose Loan, or Take Over facilities at the Bank cannot register to participate in the program.
  4. If a Program Participant works as an employee of another financial services company or bank, they are not permitted to refer take-over facilities for debtors who have been granted KPR facilities (or similar loan/financing facilities for home ownership) by the financial services company or bank where the Program Participant works.
  1. Program Participants are required to read, understand, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel the participation of Program Participants in this Program if they fail to meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation and/or cancellation in this Program.
  4. Program Participants must register via the e-form available at the link: bdi.co.id/kprreferral.
  5. After registration, Bank Danamon will conduct a verification process. Program Participants are required to send an ID card along with supporting documents as follows:
    • Developer Employees: Employee certificate or employee identity from the developer.
    • Individual Real Estate Agents: Employee identity or social media details, and property listing photo as proof of individual real estate agent status.
    • Non-Partner Real Estate Broker Agents: Employee certificate or employee identity from the real estate broker.
    • Existing KPR Debtors of Bank Danamon: Account number or CIF number to confirm the individual holds a KPR facility at Bank Danamon.

  6. Program Participants whose registration is approved by the Bank will receive proof of participation in the form of an electronic Program Participation Card, which will be sent to the email address provided on the registration e-form.
  7. The Bank's home ownership facility reference mechanism is subject to the following provisions:
    1. Program Participants must complete the customer referral form via the e-form available at bdi.co.id/kprreferral.
    2. Program Participants must guarantee they have obtained written approval from the referred prospective debtor/customer (“Prospective Customer”) to share their personal data with the Bank and to receive updates regarding the acceptance or rejection of their loan application. The Bank may request proof of this written approval, and Program Participants are required to provide it. Program Participants will bear full responsibility for any lawsuits, claims, demands, or compensation from Prospective Customers related to the sharing of their data or the communication of application status by the Bank.
    3. Program Participants must ensure the accuracy of all data and/or information provided about Prospective Customers. If any data or information is found to be incorrect, Program Participants will bear full responsibility for any lawsuits, claims, demands, or compensation incurred by the Bank as a result of such inaccuracies.
    4. The Bank will process references for Prospective Customers in accordance with its established policies and procedures.
  8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject applications from Prospective Customers referenced by Program Participants, based on its internal loan policies.
  9. If the same Prospective Customer is referred by more than one Program Participant, the referral will be attributed to the Program Participant who submitted the reference first, as per the provisions in point 7.
  10. All data and documents related to the personal data of Program Participants will be stored in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  1. Program Participants are entitled to receive a commission if the loan application of the Prospective Customer they referred has been approved by the Bank. The commission amounts are as follows:

      Note:

    • Loan facilities that have been disbursed are calculated based on the total loan amount of each referral (per CIF).
    • The commission paid does not exceed the provision fee income (conventional) or the administration fee (sharia) paid by the Customer.
      • Terms and conditions apply:

      • Over a 3-month period, there must be at least 2 NoA incoming applications per month to the Loan Analyst, with a minimum of 1 NoA disbursed; or,
      • Over a 3-month period, there must be at least 2 NoA disbursed.
      • Minimum disbursed volume: IDR 1,000,000,000,- / Customer

      • Membership as a VIP Member is valid from the date the Member achieves VIP status until December 31, 2025.
  2. The commission received by the Program Participant cannot exceed the amount of the provision (for conventional loan) or the administration fee (for sharia financing) that must be paid by the Prospective Customer, or a maximum of IDR 50,000,000.00 (fifty million Rupiah) before tax deductions, whichever is smaller.

  3. The minimum value of the loan facility application from a Prospective Customer that qualifies for commission to Program Participants is IDR 250,000,000.00 (two hundred and fifty million Rupiah).

  4. If the Prospective Customer referred by the Program Participant has already applied for a KPR/KPA facility at Bank Danamon, either through their own application or through a referral under another program at the Bank, the Program Participant cannot submit the same Prospective Customer for reference under this Program. Example: Customer A is referred by the Channel Developer, and then a few days later, Customer A is referred through the Mortgage Referral Program. In this case, Customer A cannot be processed by the Mortgage Referral Program.
  5. The reference is considered successful if the Prospective Customer's credit application is approved by the Bank and the application is received by the Bank no later than December 31, 2025. Example: If Customer A's credit application is successfully approved, the referral provider is entitled to receive a commission according to the provisions outlined.
  6. Program Participants are responsible for all taxes related to the commission, with Bank Danamon deducting income tax from the commission received by the Program Participant.

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Program Participants agree and acknowledge that the Bank has the right to revise, change, or update these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates will be communicated through the media available at the Bank. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the notification of changes. If no objections are submitted within this period, Program Participants are deemed to have accepted the changes. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if applicable).
  3. Program Participants declare that there have been no and will be no transactions suspected of money laundering or any other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, or actions that violate the laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, revoke participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participants. Program Participants are still required to settle any obligations to the Bank (if applicable).
  5. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with the applicable laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation.

NOTICE

Beware of fraud. Be cautious and avoid being deceived by individuals claiming to be from Bank Danamon and promising prizes. Any form of fraud or other acts committed by third parties associated with this program are beyond the responsibility of the bank.
