The General Terms and Conditions of
Preselected Platinum KPR/PPR Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") refer to the terms
and conditions applicable to Danamon Customers who have been selected or deemed eligible based on the
criteria of the Preselected Platinum Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk
("Bank Danamon").
By participating in this Program, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions of the General
Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:
The Preselected Platinum
KPR/PPR Program is an initiative by Bank Danamon, in which selected
Customers meeting the Program criteria will receive an indicative
KPR/PPR limit at the outset.
The Program Period runs
from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 ("Program Period").
Participation in this
Program is limited to selected Customers who meet the following
criteria:

The Customer must have an average Asset Under Management
(AUM) of at least IDR 300,000,000 (three hundred million
Rupiah) over the past three (3) months and must have
been a Bank Danamon customer for at least three (3)
months. Such individuals shall hereinafter be referred
to as the "Customer."

Customers must read, understand, and agree to the General
Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a
Customer’s participation in the Program if they
fail to meet the General Terms and Conditions.

Customers will receive an indicative KPR/PPR limit at the
outset based on the predetermined criteria as follows:

The application for KPR/PPR facilities is subject to the
applicable terms and conditions, which include the
following:

Customers may apply for all products, both conventional
and sharia.
- Customers must provide
valid asset documentation in accordance with applicable
regulations.
- Customers must meet
the collectibility criteria based on SLIK Checking, as
determined by Bank Danamon.
- The appraisal of
collateral is subject to Bank Danamon’s terms and
conditions.
- The collateral must be
registered in the name of the debtor, spouse, or legal
child.
- Customers must submit
a Building Permit (IMB/PBG) as collateral.

The decision to approve or reject a mortgage/PPR facility application is
solely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.

The indicative limit offered at the outset is subject to change. The
final KPR/PPR limit will be determined and communicated after the
KPR/PPR application process is completed, in accordance with Bank
Danamon’s policies.

The Customer declares that there are no transactions, nor will there be
any, that indicate money laundering or other prohibited activities under
the laws and regulations of Indonesia.
- If there are indications of fraud, transaction
irregularities, abnormal transactions, money laundering, or any other
actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon
reserves the right to: Cancel the transaction(s), Revoke the
Customer’s participation in the Program, and Enforce the terms and
conditions related to banking products and services, provided that they
do not contradict the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this
Program form an integral part of: The General Terms and Conditions of
Accounts and Banking Services, and/or The General Terms and Conditions
of Sharia Special Accounts and Banking Services. These terms remain
valid unless otherwise stated in this Program’s General Terms and
Conditions.
- The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves
the right to amend, modify, or supplement the General Terms and
Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any updates will be
communicated through Bank Danamon’s available communication
channels. If the changes affect benefits, risks, costs, or other key
conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection
within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification. If the
Customer does not submit an objection within this period, they are
deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer disagrees with the
amendments, they have the right to withdraw from the Program, provided
they fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if
applicable).
- The General Terms and Conditions of this
Program comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those set
by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the
Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a
registered participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS)
program.

or criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with this Program.
