The Airport Lounge Access Feature (Feature), by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon), enables holders of Danamon Credit and Charge Cards (Cardholders) to access airport lounge facilities (Airport Lounge) in accordance with the Feature’s general terms and conditions (Feature General Terms and Conditions).

  1. The Cardholder is required to read and understand the Feature General Terms and Conditions.
  2. To access the Airport Lounge, the Cardholder must present a valid Bank Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card and perform a Rp 1 (One Rupiah) transaction on the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine as proof of Airport Lounge access.
  3. Each Danamon American Express® Platinum Card is valid for 2 (two) persons (2 pax/card).
  4. Each Danamon Mastercard® World Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Business Credit Card, Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Elite™ Credit Card, Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, Danamon American Express® Gold Card or Danamon American Express® Card Green is valid only for 1 (one) person per card.
  5. Each Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card and Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card comes with a corresponding a fee, other than the charge stipulated in point 2, particularly a D-Point debit of 10,000 (ten thousand) D-Points. If the cardholder’s D-Points are insufficient, then a fee of Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah)* will be charged. Each Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card or Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card is valid only for 1 (one) person per card.
  6. The Feature is not valid for other Danamon Credit and Charge Cards than those stated and specified in the Feature General Terms and Conditions.

  8. By performing transactions according to the Feature, the cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Feature and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Feature and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
     

  1. Services and features provided by airport lounges are entirely the responsibility of the respective airport lounges, not by Bank Danamon. If there are complaints and/or problems in connection with this, please contact the corresponding airport lounge.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Feature General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the cardholder and shall become an integral part of the Feature General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Feature General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”, “General Terms and Conditions D -Point”, as well as “General Terms and Conditions of Membership Rewards Points”.
  4. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  5. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel the transaction or the cardholder’s use of the Feature.
  6. The cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow the use of this Feature if the Cardholder fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  7. The cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature. For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify Cardholders within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or through other available communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon.
  8. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit objections within that period. If the cardholder disagrees with these changes, the he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  9. Cardholders can submit verbal or written complaints concerning banking transactions/services at the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  10. Procedures regarding cardholder complaint services can be accessed through the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  12. The Feature General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Beware of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
