General Terms and Conditions of the Triple D-Point Bonus Feature

The General Terms and Conditions of the Triple D-Point Bonus Feature ("Feature General Terms and Conditions") apply to Danamon Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business and Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders who get the Triple D-Point Bonus Feature ("Feature") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").  
Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature as follows:

This feature is only for Danamon Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business and Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders").

  1. The Cardholder must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Feature if the Cardholder does not fulfill the Feature General Terms and Conditions. 
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Feature.
  4. Cardholders are entitled to get 1 (one) fold D-Point for every transaction using Danam Credit Card, on Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business and Visa Infinite ("Card") worth Rp2,500 (two thousand five hundred rupiah) at all merchants ("Regular D-Point").
  5. Cardholders are entitled to an additional 2 (double) D-Point bonus ("D-Point Bonus") for every transaction using the Card worth Rp2,500 (two thousand five hundred rupiah). 
  6. The D-Point Bonus will be given to the primary Cardholder account with the following conditions:
    1. Transactions are calculated within 1 (one) month starting from the 1st to the end of the month based on the transaction date.
    2. Simulation of D-Point calculation as follows:
    3. Effective 1 November 2023, the maximum Total D-Point Bonus earned will be equivalent to transactions amounting to 1 (one) times the Card limit (including if the card is under a temporary limit increase) awarded by the Bank to each Cardholder.
    4. D-Point Bonus will be given no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end date of the month the transaction is made. 
  7. Accumulated transactions do not apply to Cash Advance, Bill Payment, Insurance, Money Transfer, Installment, and/or canceled transactions.
  8. Does not apply to transactions that are indicated or deemed improper, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions, transactions at merchants that are indicated to sell products that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia, and/or transactions that are contrary to the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.Tidak Does not apply to Cards that are recorded in a blocked condition and/or there are late bill payments.

  10. The Cardholder no longer fulfills the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to give D-Point Bonus to the Cardholder.
  11. By making transactions under the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Feature and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Feature and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the Feature General Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Cardholder can file complaints about banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaint services can be accessed through the page https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, provided they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of Features, shall remain in force and bind the Cardholder as an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Features.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of Features are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership.
  3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete these General Terms and Conditions of Features. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of Features, the Cardholder has the right to submit their objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days as of the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder accepts that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the membership of the Feature by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Cardholder declares that there are no existing and future transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or other actions that are prohibited by laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the participation of the Feature, as well as provide prizes or bonuses to the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obliged to pay off all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Feature conform to prevailing laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and is a participant in the LPS guarantee.


REMINDER
Beware of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other parties or third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.

  • Searching for Lounge:
    Use the airport.mastercard.com  or navigate on the Mastercard Airport Experiences mobile application to find the participated lounges location.
  • Lounge Access:
    Customer must present the Danamon Mastercard World Credit Card or their Mastercard Airport Experiences digital lounge access code along with the boarding pass and identify yourself as a LoungeKey customer when entering the lounge.
  • Payment:
    The cost per airport lounge visit for one person is USD 27 or IDR 390,015 (based on USD 1 conversion = IDR 14,445, according to Danamon's foreign exchange rates as of April 4, 2019, at 15:34 WIB. Exchange rates may change at any time) . This fee is not charged at the place, but will be charged to your Danamon Mastercard World Credit Card approximately 3-5 calendar days after the date of the visit and will be listed on the billing statement with the information LoungeKey.com.
