General Terms and Conditions of the Triple D-Point Bonus Feature

The General Terms and Conditions governing the Triple D-Point Bonus Feature ("Feature General Terms and Conditions") apply to Danamon Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, and Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders who receive the Triple D-Point Bonus Feature ("Feature") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon"). 


By participating in the Feature, Cardholders hereby consent to and are bound by all provisions outlined in the following General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Cardholder must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature.  
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to deny or revoke the Cardholder's participation in this Feature should the Cardholder fail to meet the General Terms and Conditions. 
  3. The Cardholder assumes full responsibility for any losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of participation in this Feature. 
  4. Cardholders are entitled to 1 (one) additional D-Point for each transaction made with Danamon Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, and Visa Infinite Credit Cards ("Cards") totaling Rp2,500 (two thousand five hundred rupiah) or more at any merchant ("Regular D-Point"). 
  5. Cardholders are entitled to a bonus of 2 (two) times the D-Points ("D-Point Bonus") for each transaction made with the Card totaling IDR2,500 (two thousand five hundred rupiah) or more. 
  6. The D-Point Bonus will be credited to the primary Cardholder's account under the following conditions: 
    1. Transactions are tallied monthly from the 1st to the end of each month, based on the recording date. 
    2. The D-Point calculation is simulated as follows: 
    3. Effective 1 November 2023, the maximum Total D-Point Bonus earned is capped at transactions totaling 1 (one) times the Card limit (including temporary limit increases) provided by the Bank to each Cardholder. 
    4. The D-Point Bonus will be given within 60 (sixty) calendar days following the end of the month in which the transaction occurred. 
  7. Accumulated transactions will not apply to Cash Advance (cash withdrawal), Bill Payment (routine bills), Insurance (insurance), Money Transfer (fund transfer), Installment (installment), QRIS transactions with Credit Card source of funds, and/or canceled transactions.
  8. It does not apply to transactions that indicate or are considered irregular, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions, transactions at merchants that are indicated to sell products that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia, and/or transactions that are contrary to the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia. Not applicable for Cards that are listed as blocked and/or have late bill payments.

  10. If the Card no longer meets the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to withhold the D-Point Bonus from the Cardholder.
  11. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature, the Cardholder is considered to have acknowledged, comprehended, and consented to this Feature, and is bound by its General Terms and Conditions. The Cardholder's transactions serve as valid proof of their participation in the Feature and their acceptance of the Feature's General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Any additional terms and conditions pertaining to banking products and/or services, unless specified otherwise in these General Terms and Conditions of Features, shall continue to be applicable, binding the Cardholder and forming an integral part thereof.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of Features are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk," and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership."
  3. The Cardholder affirms that no transactions indicating money laundering or other activities prohibited by current laws and regulations in Indonesia have occurred or will occur.
  4. In the event of reported signs of fraud, fraudulent activities and/or transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or issue cashback to the Cardholder. The Cardholder is still responsible for fulfilling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Cardholder acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to terminate the Cardholder's participation in this Feature should the Cardholder fail to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature.
  6. The Cardholder hereby acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to modify/alter/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature. Any revisions/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through Bank Danamon's available communication channels. Should there be alterations to the benefits, risks, fees, or General Terms and Conditions of this Feature, the Cardholder has the option to lodge a written objection with Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the notification of such changes through Bank Danamon's communication channels. In the absence of an objection within the specified period, Bank Danamon will assume the Cardholder's agreement to the changes. If the Cardholder disagrees with the modifications, they have the right to close the product and/or service by settling any outstanding obligations owed to Bank Danamon (if applicable).
  7. The Cardholder or their authorized representative may lodge complaints concerning banking transactions or services either orally or in writing. Complaints can be submitted at the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, through Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Feature have been aligned with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the OJK.


REMINDER
Cardholders should remain vigilant against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes in any form. Bank Danamon disclaims responsibility for any fraudulent schemes or actions conducted by third parties associated with or purporting to act on behalf of the Feature.

Before you travel, please ensure  to register your Danamon Mastercard World Credit Card via airport.mastercard.com or Mastercard Airport Experiences mobile application on your smartphone.

  • Searching for Lounge:
    Use the airport.mastercard.com  or navigate on the Mastercard Airport Experiences mobile application to find the participated lounges location.
  • Lounge Access:
    Customer must present the Danamon Mastercard World Credit Card or their Mastercard Airport Experiences digital lounge access code along with the boarding pass and identify yourself as a LoungeKey customer when entering the lounge.
  • Payment:
    The cost per airport lounge visit for one person is USD 27 or IDR 390,015 (based on USD 1 conversion = IDR 14,445, according to Danamon's foreign exchange rates as of April 4, 2019, at 15:34 WIB. Exchange rates may change at any time) . This fee is not charged at the place, but will be charged to your Danamon Mastercard World Credit Card approximately 3-5 calendar days after the date of the visit and will be listed on the billing statement with the information LoungeKey.com.
