Important Information on Your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card

We would like to inform you that Manchester United and PT Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) relationship will be ended on 31st May 2021 (“Ending Date”). With regards to that, please find below information on your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card:

1. After the Ending Date, your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card will be deactivated and can no longer be used for transaction. You shall remain obligated to pay remaining balance on your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card.
   
2. As Danamon Manchester United Credit Card Holder, you are eligible to be offered Replacement Card as per Bank Danamon Assessment and Policy. Terms and Conditions apply. Other Danamon Credit Card Options for your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card Replacement are:
   
   1. Danamon Credit Card Visa Platinum or Visa Infinite.
      
   2. Danamon Credit Card Mastercard Platinum or World..
      
3. For Danamon Manchester United Credit Card Holder who not yet has other Danamon Credit Cards:
   
   1. You will get offer from Bank Danamon for new Danamon Credit Card to replace your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card.
      
      1. You will get notification from SMS sent to your registered hand phone number on Bank Danamon System before Replacement Card’s delivery process.
         
      2. Contact Hello Danamon for information related to Replacement Card’s delivery process.
         
   2. You will still be able to use your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card for transactions until the Ending Date.
      
4. For Danamon Manchester United Credit Card Holder who has other Danamon Credit Card as stated on point 2:
   
   1. You can keep use that other Danamon Credit Card for transactions.
      
   2. You will also get offer from Bank Danamon for new Danamon Credit Card to replace your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card that will be done gradually for other Danamon Credit Card as per Bank Danamon Assessment and Policy.
      
      1. You will get notification from SMS sent to your registered hand phone number on Bank Danamon System before Replacement Card’s delivery process.
         
      2. Contact Hello Danamon for information related to Replacement Card’s delivery process.
         
   3. You will still be able to use your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card for transactions until the Ending Date.
      
5. You will get notification and offer through mail and/or electronic mail (email) and/or SMS that will be sent to your registered address and/or email address and/or hand phone number in Bank Danamon System before we deactivate your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card.
   
6. Should you have existing recurring bill payments in your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card, please ensure to update your biller to proceed the billing transfer to your other Danamon Credit Card. It should be done to avoid rejected payment that will impact services that you get from providers.
   
7. Enjoy advantages and benefits from other Danamon Credit Card by replacing your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card such as  D-Point, 5% Cashback for Bill Payment, My Own Installment up to 0% through D-Card Mobile and 10% Cashback 10% weekend retail transaction (only for Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card):

8. Other Important Information
   

   Supplement Card	Supplement Card from your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card will be deactivated along with it basic card. Card Holder who apply for a replacement card to replace your Manchester United Credit Card can re-apply for Supplement Card on  that Replacement Card..
   Outstanding Balance	Outstanding balance including instalment payment will be recorded in Your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card. Please ensure to make it payments to your Danamon Manchester United Credit Card.
   Bill Payment	Please ensure to update your biller to proceed the billing transfer to your other Danamon Credit Card. For Bill Payment feature (billing that registered through Bank Danamon), please contact Hello Danamon to transfer your billing to your other Danamon Credit Card. For other recurring billing or transaction in E-commerce such as Netflix, Spotify, AppStore, Playstore, etc.; please transfer your billing to other Danamon Credit Card through each E-commerce application. For other recurring billing like insurance, fitness/gym, and other memberships, please contact respective providers to transfer your billing to other Danamon Credit Card.
