  1. Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) of Bank Danamon, ATM Bersama, ALTO, Prima, and any other ATMs bearing the Maestro or Cirrus.
  2. Bank Danamon Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
  3. Merchants that utilize Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines bearing the Maestro, Mastercard and Mastercard Electronic logo.

Danamon Debit/ATM Card Transaction Guidelines:

  1. Customers must change the PIN given by Bank Danamon before using the card for its first transaction
  2. The Debit/ATM Card and PIN can only be used by the customer alone and cannot be borrowed to anybody else.
  3. Change your PIN periodically, avoid PIN codes that are easy to guess like birth and wedding dates
  4. Make sure that your Debit/ATM Card has been signed on the back side of the card.
  5. Make sure that your balance is enough to perform transactions such as cash withdrawal, posting, transfer, bill payment etc.
  6. Entering the wrong PIN for 3 times in a row in the same day will cause the card to be blocked
  7. Your PIN is private and confidential, not to be shared with/informed to anyone.
  8. Do not write your PIN on the Debit/ATM Card.
  9. Before any debit transaction at a merchant, ask beforehand if the mechant is charging any additional fees.
  10. Ensure that no one sees your PIN when using the Debit/ATM Card at a merchant.
  11. On a transaction, your Debit/ATM Card should only swiped once at merchant’s EDC. Please check the nominal stated upon your confirmation.
  12. Keep your transaction slip from any merchant until the transaction is guaranteed from any issue.
  13. If the Debit/ATM Card is lost/stuck, immediately contact Hello Danamon 1-500-090 to block your card.

Terms and Procedures

FlexiMAX  iB account opening request can be done by customers at Bank Danamon branch offices by fulfilling terms/conditions set by Bank Danamon as follow:

  • The customer fills in and signs the Customer Data and Account Registration Form.
  • Customers submit the required documents:
    1. Valid ID (KTP/ Driving License/ Passport) copy.
    2. Other documents that required by Bank Danamon.

Important Notes:

  1. Bank has the right to reject application of product or servicesfrom customer if they do not meet applicable requirement and  regulations.
  2. Client need to read accordingly this Product Information Summary and has the right to ask to Bank Staff any information related to this Product Information Summary document
 

  1. GENERAL TERMS
    1. General Terms and Conditions for FlexiMAX iB  (“General Terms and Conditions”) are an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services issued by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and the Customer Data and Saving Account Opening Form (Individual Customer) (“Saving Account Opening Form”) signed by the Customer.
    2. Insofar as it is not specifically regulated in this General Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions under the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services Sharia shall apply.
    3. Unless specifically stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions, any definitions, terms and meanings in the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services have the same meaning and also apply to this General Terms and Conditions.
    4. In the event of the terms and conditions in this General Terms and Conditions conflict with the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services then the provisions in this General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
    5. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/ modify/ complete this General Terms and Conditions including changes to fees listed in accordance with Bank Danamon's policies and interest rates that refer to the interest rates regulated by the government in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Customer to agree to these changes in the event that the Customer does not raise the above objection. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to close the account and/or service by first completing all of the Customer's outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  2. DEFINITION
    1. The Customer is an individual who opens saving account for FlexiMAX iB.
    2. Saving Account is a saving account for FlexiMAX iB.
    3. FlexiMAX iB is one of the saving products issued by Bank Danamon for individual Customer based on Sharia pronciple, with benefits that include: (i) free transaction fee; and (ii) other programs offered by Bank Danamon.
  3. SAVING ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. Bank Danamon has the right to ask the Customer to submit the required documents in connection with opening a Saving Account. Customers are obliged to comply with all applicable provisions at Bank Danamon in connection with opening Saving Account.
    2. Customer must submit to Bank Danamon the following Account opening documents:
      1. Saving Account Opening Form
      2. Customer Identity Card
      3. Other documents that required by Bank Danamon
    3. Saving Account shall only be opened for individual customer or Joint account “AND” or “OR”.
    4. The Customer understands that Bank Danamon has the right to reject the application for opening a Saving Account submitted by the Customer if:
      1. Customer is not willing to provide information, identity documents and supporting documents required by Bank Danamon;
      2. is known and/or should be suspected of using fake documents;
      3. conveying dubious information;
      4. contained in the List of Suspected Terrorists and Terrorist Organizations (DTTOT) and the List of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction; and/or
      5. has a source of transaction funds which are known and/or reasonably suspected to have originated from the proceeds of a criminal act.
    5. Bank Danamon has the right to set/adjust to the Saving Account number for the instruction/transaction made by the Customer.
  4. FEATURES AND FEE
    1. Free cash withdrawal fee up to 25 (twenty five) times per month at overseas ATM (Cirrus/Maestro) if IDR currency balance before transaction is Rp5.000.000 (five milliions rupiah) at the minimum.  If average daily minimum Rp 50 mio (fivety millions rupiah). If average daily balance less than minimum balance or transaction exceeding 25 times quota, then transaction will be charged fee Rp25.000 (twenty five thousand rupiah).
    2. Free transfer via RTGS 25 (twenty five) times per month, via SKN 25 (twenty five) times per month, and BI Fast 25 (twenty five) times per month, if balance before transaction is at minimum Rp25.000.000 (twenty five millions rupiah). If balance before transaction is less than minimum balance or transaction exceeding 25 (twenty five) times quota, then transaction will be charged fee Rp2.500 (two thousand and five hundred rupiah).
    3. Can use Danamon E-Channel SMS, Hello Danamon and ATM services.
    4. Account closing will be charged fee of Rp250.000 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah).
    5. For paper statement monthly statement will be charged Rp10.000 per month.
    6. If there is no transactions for 12 (twelve) consecutive months, other than administration fee, profit sharing, and autodebit, then the Account status will be dormant. If the Account is dormant, the dormant fee will be charged to the Customer in accordance with the applicable provision at Bank Danamon.
    7. For autodebit, Customer will get free administration fee for monthly bill payment for PLN, Telkom and/or PAM monthly bill payments conducted using the autodebit of Bank Danamon (conducted according to the power of attorney on account debiting signed by the Customer).
    8. All of the benefits of FlexiMAX iB can be enjoyed by new Customers who have just opened FlexiMAX iB and existing Customers who already have saving accounts at Bank Danamon other than FlexiMAX iB then have opened FlexiMAX iB. 
  5. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
    1. Customers can submit complaints on the banking product and/or services verbally and/or in writing through Bank Danamon’s branch offices, Hello Danamon: 1-500-090 (GSM) available 24 hours, or e-mail: hellodanamon@danamon.co.id

  6. MISCELLANEOUS
    1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, provided they are not regulated differently in this General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and become an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions.
    2. This General Terms and Conditions is made in Indonesian and English language, in the event there are any unconformities of provisions or interpretations between the Indonesian and English language, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
    3. This General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
    4. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation, licensed and supervised by the Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
