KSEI AKSes Facility

Through the AKSes facility, investors can access and monitor their investment portfolio’s position and mutation in the securities sub-accounts of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). With this Securities Ownership Reference facility, your entire investment portfolio, which may consist of different types, is consolidated and accessible online.

The KSEI AKSes facility enables you to access information through the Internet. It was specifically developed and intended for investors so they can monitor the mutation position of their investments stored in the securities sub-accounts at KSEI. Every investor has the privilege to access this facility.

The Indonesia Central Securities Depository (PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) is a Depository and Settlement Institution in the Indonesian Capital Market. KSEI provides organized, standardized and efficient central custodian and securities transaction settlement services, in accordance with Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets. Established in Jakarta on 23 December 1997, KSEI obtained its business permit on 11 November 1998 thereby becoming one of the country’s Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs) together with the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia/KPEI).

Using the AKSes facility, customers can regularly access and gather reports (account statements) including confirmation of Mutual Fund transactions submitted by the Custodian Bank.

Description:

In case of differences or discrepancies related to the contents of transaction confirmation issued by the Mutual Funds participation unit, the AKSes facility mutual funds regular report and the Custodian Bank's records, the data and information contained in the Custodian Bank shall serve as the main reference. The Custodian Bank takes responsibility for submitting reports and proof of confirmed transactions.

In accordance with our previous notification dated 24 February 2021 which was posted on the Danamon Corporate Website on 19 February 2021, we would like to inform you once again that with the issuance of OJK Circular Letter number 1/SEOJK.04/2020 (“SEOJK 1/2020”) regarding Procedures for Submission of Participation Unit Transaction Confirmation Letter or Evidence and Mutual Fund Periodic Reports Electronically Through the Integrated Investment Management System effective 17 February 2021, Confirmation Letters or Evidence and Mutual Funds Periodic Reports ("Mutual Funds Report") sent by the Custodian Bank to your mailing address or email address registered in the Bank Danamon system will no longer be available in hardcopy since it is in email format. The Mutual Funds Report will also be available in electronic format through the Securities Ownership Reference facility (“AKSes”) owned by KSEI as the S-INVEST Provider.

If the Customer wishes to specifically request data and information on the Mutual Fund Report in printed form, the Customer may contact the Bank Danamon branch office. Each request for a printed letter or Mutual Fund Report will entail a corresponding fee based on applicable regulations of Bank Danamon.
