Thai Citizen. Age 62. Domiciled in Thailand. Appointed as Commissioner of Danamon in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 30 April 2021. Reappointed as Commissioner in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 31 March 2023.

Qualifications/Education Background

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, USA (1984) and Bachelor’s Degrees with Honors in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California (1982).

Dan successfully managed GE Capital Thailand during the financial crisis ‘Tom Yam Gung’ in 1997 - 2001.
