How to Pay Danamon American Express® Card

PAYMENT METHODS

We provide several payment methods to make it easier for you to pay your Danamon American Express Card bills.

PAYMENT THROUGH DANAMON BANK ACCOUNT

With the Autopay/Autodebit method, your Danamon Card payment will automatically be debited directly from your registered Bank Danamon savings or current account.

Autopay/Autodebet registration process can be done together with the application for Danamon Card or by signing a Statement and Authorization for Account Debiting at the nearest Bank Danamon branch office after receiving your Danamon Card.

To ensure a smooth Autopay/Autodebet process, make sure that the funds are available no later than 1 (one) Business Day before the due date of the card payment.

For those of you who have registered to use the Autopay/Autodebet facility, two attempts will be made to debit your account; 

  1. The first attempt will be made on the due date, and 
  2. The second attempt will be made 2 (two) business days after the due date (if the first attempt is unsuccessful).
Using your Bank Danamon ATM card, select the Danamon Credit Card payment menu, then enter your Danamon Card number and the desired amount for the payment. 

Make sure that the card number entered is correct and the payment will be recorded immediately for the specified amount.  Payments after 18.00 WIB will be processed on the next Business Day.

Credit Card payments through the D-Bank PRO application can be made through the Payment menu. Download the D-Bank PRO application on the Play Store or App Store.
You may complete your Danamon Card payments by making a cash deposit at any Bank Danamon branch. Make sure you write your Danamon Card number and name correctly on the deposit slip. Cash payments require a processing time of 1 (one) Business Day.
