Welcome Offer Kartu Kredit Danamon JCB Precious JAL

A. Feature Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Application Welcome Offer Program for JAL (Japan Airlines) Mileage Bank Member ("Program General Terms and Conditions") define the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders participating in the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Application Welcome Offer Program for JAL (Japan Airlines) Mileage Bank Member ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank").

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

B. Program Period

This Program is valid from 1 December 2023 – 28 February 2024 ("Program Period").

C. Participant Criteria

Customers who can participate in the Program are customers who:

• apply for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card ("Card") through the link in the offer email addressed specifically to the Customer and sent directly by Japan Airlines (JAL) and get the application approval during the Program Period.
• get a voucher code sent to the Customer's email registered in the Danamon system no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after Card approval.

hereinafter referred to as "Cardholder".

D. Program General Terms and Conditions

1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation of the Cardholder in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Customer's participation in this Program.
4. The Program applies only for principal Card applications, not supplementary.
5. Cardholders who participate in the Program in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, are entitled to receive rewards as stated in section E of the General Terms and Conditions of Rewards which are not separate from the general terms and conditions of this program.
6. By submitting an application for a Bank Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The submission made by the Customer is valid proof of participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

E. Reward General Terms and Conditions

1. Cardholders are eligible to participate in the Welcome offer e-Voucher program worth IDR2,500,000 (2023 period) with the program terms and conditions detailed in the link bdi.co.id/fiturjcb.
2. Cardholders will receive special offers from Japan Airlines with the following conditions:
   • Valid booking period: 1 December 2023 – 31 May 2024
   • Departure period validity: 1 December 2023 – 31 March 2025, or a maximum of 360 days from the date of booking whichever comes first.
   • Valid only for booking through authorized agent Bayu Buana Travel Service, and by presenting the voucher code sent to the Cardholder via email, Bayu Buana Travel Service can be contacted through the following link: https://bit.ly/BayuBuanaTravel..
   • Card must be used for Payment.
   • Special offers apply as follows:
     • Special ticket price with Japan Airlines:
       1. Valid for Northern Japan Aomori, Akita, Yamagata) & Hokkaido Area (Sapporo, Chitose, Obohiro, Asahikawa, Hakodate, Kushiro, Memambetsu) flight routes.
     • Complimentary Airport Lounge fee voucher:
       1. Valid at Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
       2. Valid at Sapphire Lounge.
       3. Valid for Cardholders who have a round-trip Japan Airlines ticket with the following classes:
          • Economy Class (Booking class L, M, K, H, B).
          • Premium Economy Class
          • Business Class
       4. The voucher will be given at the check-in counter at Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
       5. You will receive 1 airport lounge voucher for each ticket issued with Card payment.
     • Complimentary voucher for Limousine Bus:
       1. Valid for Cardholders arriving at Narita Airport bound for certain areas following the terms of Airport Limousine Bus Co., Ltd. as follows:

       2. Valid only for Cardholders who have a round-trip Japan Airlines Business Class ticket with departure from Soekarno Hatta Airport and destination Narita Airport.
       3. Valid for flight tickets that have been issued and no later than 5 (five) working days (other than Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) before the Limousine Bus departure date.
       4. Cardholders will receive a temporary Limousine Bus voucher at the time of ticket booking with Bayu Buana Travel Services.
       5. Cardholders must redeem the temporary voucher into a Limousine Bus voucher at the check in counter at Soekarno Hatta International Airport to be used at Narita Airport.
       6. For each ticket purchase made with the Card, 1 Limousine Bus voucher will be issued.
     • Seat availability, booking cancellation, rescheduling, as well as other conditions follow the policy of Japan Airlines and the agent concerned, therefore please contact Japan Airlines and/or Bayu Buana Travel Service directly.
3. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
4. By purchasing Japan Airlines tickets in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Reward during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Reward. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in this Program and the Cardholder's agreement to abide to the General Terms and Conditions of the Reward.

1. Matters not mentioned above will be guided by the terms and conditions of the program set by JAL and each merchant. The products and/or services in the above Program are entirely the products and responsibilities of the merchants in each Program and not of Bank Danamon. If there are issues and/or complaints concerning the products and/or services, please contact the respective merchant.
2. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated separately in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in effect and bind the Cardholder as an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
4. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder accepts that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
5. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
6. The Cardholder certifies that there are no transactions indicating money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
7. If there is any report indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the participation in the Program, or provide benefits to the Cardholder concerned.
8. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
9. Procedures regarding complaint services that apply at Bank Danamon can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
