A. General Description of the Program

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) offers this Spend & Get e-Voucher Program for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards (“Program”) that enables Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card holders (“Card Holders”) to avail of Traveloka e-Vouchers in accordance with general terms and conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions”). 

B. Program Period
This program is valid from 19 January 2022 until 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”). 

C. Program General Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Valid for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards (“Cards”) which are approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period
  4. Cardholders are required to accumulate local and/or international retail transactions for the first 60 (sixty) calendar days upon the Card’s approval and issuance (“Transaction Period”) during the program period as follows :
    1. For cards approved and issued covering the period January to June 2022, the minimum accumulated transactions performed come with the following conditions

  5. Cardholders who meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions can avail of a reward in the form of a Traveloka e-Voucher (“Reward”) with the reward value based on the following respective tiers

  6. Rewards will be issued within a maximum of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the month when the Transaction Period ends. The following illustrates the period of the card’s approval and issuance, and Transaction Period

  7. Rewards in the form of an e-Voucher code will be sent via Short Message Service (SMS) to the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank's system. The Cardholder bears the risk if the Reward is not received if there is a difference between the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank’s system and his/her current mobile phone number which has not yet been registered in the Bank's system.
  8. Issuance of Rewards is not valid if the Card’s status is blocked or if there is any delay in bill payment.
  9. Rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers are discount vouchers that are valid only once (one-time use) and can be partially or completely deducted from FLIGHT, HOTEL, EXPERIENCE, BUS, TRAIN, VEHICLE RENTAL, SHUTTLE AIRPORT TRANSPORT, CULINARY products purchased through the Traveloka Application without a minimum transaction. If the Voucher value is less than the transaction value, the difference must be paid by the Cardholder using the JCB Precious Danamon Credit Card.
  10. The use of Traveloka E-Voucher Gifts can be combined with other promos from Traveloka, but cannot be transferred nor converted to cash
  11. Rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers have an expiration period according to the expiration date listed on the e-Voucher sent via Short Message Service (SMS). Unused e-Vouchers beyond the expiration date will be considered lost/ forfeited/expired.
  12. The Traveloka e-Vouchers are products which are entirely the responsibility of Traveloka, not of Bank Danamon. For other terms and conditions related to the use of Traveloka e-Vouchers not indicated here, please follow Traveloka’s terms and conditions which can be accessed at http://traveloka.com/giftvoucher/help. If there are complaints and/or problems regarding the Traveloka E-Voucher, please contact Traveloka directly.
  13. Bank Danamon has the authority to refuse or cancel the issuance of Rewards for transactions which are deemed unfair, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions and transactions at merchants who are reported to have indications of selling products prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  14. If the Cardholder cancels the transaction which results to failure in meeting the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow issuance of the Reward.

  16. With the Card’s approval and issuance to Cardholders during the Program Period, as well as by performing transactions during the Transaction Period according to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The Card’s approval and issuance to the Cardholder and transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
     

C. Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid, and shall bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”.
  3. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  4. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of Rewards to the Cardholder.
  5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/revisions on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  6. In case of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder has approved the change in the event that the Cardholder does not file an objection within the period stated above. If the Cardholder disagrees with the change, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations owed to Bank Danamon.
  7. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These Program General Terms and Conditions follow and comply with the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

A. General Description of the Program

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) offers an onboarding program in the form of Haagen Dazs Voucher for approved Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Program”) which Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card holders (“Card Holders”) can avail in accordance with the program’s general terms and conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions”).

B.  Program Period

This program is valid from 19 January 2022 until 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”)


C.Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Prior to participating in the Program, Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program’s description, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions, and agree to its General Terms and Conditions
  2. For prospective Cardholders whose Danamon JCB Credit Card (“Card”) application has been approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period, he/she will receive a reward from Bank Danamon in the form of a Haagen Dazs Voucher worth Rp 50 thousand (“Voucher”).
  3. Vouchers will be issued to Cardholders who meet the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  4. Upon Card approval, Vouchers will be directly issued by Bank Danamon to Cardholders when the Card application is approved within 5 (five) working days for Cardholders in Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) and 14 (fourteen) working days for Cardholders residing outside Jabodetabek

  6. Vouchers received by the Cardholder can be used directly at Haagen Dazs outlets anywhere throughout Indonesia without any minimum transaction
  7. To use the Voucher, the Cardholder must present and use the Card as a transaction tool at Haagen Dazs outlets.
  8. If the Voucher is insufficient to cover the invoice, Cardholders are required to use the Card to pay for transactions. Voucher usage cannot be combined with other Haagen Dazs promos.
  9. The Voucher represents a discount voucher that can deduct part/all of the transaction value. If the Voucher value is less than the actual transaction value, the Cardholder must pay the difference.
  10. The Voucher has an expiration date, indicated on the back of the valid voucher. If unused within the validity period, the Cardholder cannot use the Voucher and will be considered lost/forgotten/expired.
  11. Vouchers that have been forfeited cannot be returned/exchanged at the Bank nor replaced with Haagen Dazs vouchers, similar vouchers and other forms of incentive
  12. With the Card’s approval and issuance to Cardholders during the Program Period, as well as by performing transactions during the Transaction Period according to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to its General Terms and Conditions. A. General Description of Feature

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) offers the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card D-Point Bonus Feature (“Feature”) to Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card holders (“Card Holders”) who can avail of bonus D-Points according to the general terms and conditions (“Feature’s General Terms and Conditions”).

B. Feature’s Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Cardholders are entitled to 1 (one) D-Point for every Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card transaction worth Rp 2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) at all merchants (“Regular D-Point”).
  3. Cardholders are entitled to additional bonus of 3 (three) times D-Points (“Bonus 3 Times D-Points”) specifically for every transaction using the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card worth Rp 2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) with the following conditions :
    a. Cardholders are required to perform accumulated transactions worth at least Rp 1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) within 1 (one) month
    b. The Bonus 3 (three) times D-Points will only be issued based on the transaction value of the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card within 1 (one) month, excluding cancelled transactions. A simulation of the calculation is as follows

  4. In addition, Cardholders are also entitled to an additional bonus of 16,000 (Sixteen Thousand) D-Points (“Bonus 16,000 D-Points”) specifically for each accumulated transaction using the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card worth a minimum of Rp 10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupiah) within 1 (one) month.
  5. Both Bonus 3 Times D-Points and 16,000 D-Points will be issued to Cardholders based on the following conditions :
    a. Transactions are calculated within 1 (one) month starting from the first until end of the month based on the transaction date.
    b. The D-Point Bonus will be issued no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the month when the transaction was performed
  6. Accumulated transactions exclude Cash Advance transactions (cash withdrawals), Bill Payments (routine bills), Insurance (insurance), Money Transfers (fund transfers), Installment payments (installments) and/or cancelled transactions.
  7. Accumulated transactions also exclude those transactions which are indicative of/deemed unreasonable, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions, and transactions at merchants who are reported to have indications of selling products prohibited or run contrary to Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  8. The Feature is not valid for cards with blocked status and/or if there is any delay in bill payment.

  10. If the Cardholder cancels the transaction which results to failure in meeting the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow issuance of D-Point Bonus to the Cardholder.

  11. By performing a transaction according to the Feature, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Feature and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in the Feature and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicable only to holder of the Danamon Credit Card & Charge Card (except Corporate Card)
  2. The minimum transaction starts from IDR 300,000 while the maximum transaction that can be converted into installments may vary according to the offer or Bank Danamon policy.
  3. This applies only for retail transactions 
  4. This excludes credit card transactions classified as installments, monthly bills and cash withdrawals
  5. A penalty of 5% from the remaining principal loan and current interest will be charged if :
    Repayment is expedited,
    Failure to pay minimum credit card bill for 2 consecutive months
  6. The bank can cancel the application in the event that credit card owner fails to meet the program terms and conditions 
  7. Interest and fees that will be charged during the time of program submission will be in accordance with applicable Bank policies

  1. The 5% (five percent) cashback for Bill Payment transactions (routine bills) applies to all registered bills, except for PLN bills.
  2. The maximum cashback per month amounts to Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card
  3. To avail of the cashback, perform a minimum of 5 (five) retail transactions with a value of Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction within 1 (one) calendar month (first to the last day of the month).
  4. Cashback crediting, which is done on a monthly basis, can be viewed on the next billing statement. Sample illustration: a cashback for your Bill Payment transaction in January 2022 will be credited no later than 28 February 2022. This will be indicated on your March 2022 billing statement.
  5. Retail transactions are those from Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card that exclude Bill Payment transactions (routine bills), Money Transfers (fund transfers), Cash Advances (cash withdrawals), Insurance (Insurance), and online subscription transactions (online subscriptions).
  6. Cashback will not be credited to cards that are in blocked status and/or if there is any delay in bill payment.

    A. General Description of the Program

    PT JCB International Indonesia (“JCB”) offers this Lounge Key Service Program for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards (“Program”) to Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card holders (“Card Holders”) who can avail of free lounge key access in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions”). 

    B. Program Period

    This program is valid from 1 March 2022 until 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”). 

    C. Program Terms and Conditions

    1. Valid for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Card”) holders
    2. The applicable program is free of charge for lounge key access based on the following conditions 
      1. Valid only for the Cardholder whose name is written/indicated on the Card
      2. Cardholders who intend to use the Lounge Key service are required to inform the lounge staff
      3. The Cardholder is required to present the card together with boarding pass which shall be verified by airport lounge staff upon registration.   
      4. The name on the registration and boarding pass or flight ticket must be similar to that stated on the Card. If there is a difference between the name on the boarding pass and Card, then lounge key access cannot be granted.
      5. The lounge staff will enter the Danamon card number information into the system and charge USD 1 to determine whether the card’s active status. The USD 1 is only for verification purposes and shall not be charged to the cardholder.
      6. Cardholders have the right to access the lounge key free of charge for a maximum of 8 (eight) times within a year. Once all 8 (eight) lounge keys have been accessed, the succeeding lounge key access within the same year will have a corresponding charge of USD 32 (Thirty Two United States Dollars) per person for every lounge key access by the Cardholder
      7. There is no limit to the total number of times a customer can visit airport lounges in Japan and Hawaii per year.
      8. The name on the supplementary card should be similar to that indicated on the boarding pass

    3. Bank Danamon will inform customers if there are future changes in point 2h.
    4. The lounge key access is valid only for Cardholders whose Cards are active, unblocked and not in arrears

    6. By accessing the lounge key during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions


    C. Program Terms and Conditions

    1. All products and services from Lounge Key are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner, not of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and services, please contact the merchant partner directly.
    2. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid, and shall bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
    3. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”
    4. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
    5. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide lounge key access to the Cardholder.
    6. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
    7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/revisions on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
    8. In case of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder has approved the change in the event that the Cardholder does not file an objection within the period stated above. If the Cardholder disagrees with the change, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations owed to Bank Danamon.
    9. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

    11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
    12. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

A Customer earns D-Points, a reward point program for customer loyalty, upon performing various banking activities determined by Bank Danamon. Additional terms and conditions for JAL Miles redemption

Cardholders must read and understand the terms and conditions regarding the exchange of D-Points into JAL Miles.

  1. Valid for Bank Danamon credit cards or debit cards that have D-Point feature.
  2. The minimum number of D-Points that can be exchanged for JAL Miles is 1,000 (one thousand) miles (equivalent to redeeming 32,000 D-Points).
  3. Once a Cardholder has performed the exchange or redemption through the D-Point website, JAL Miles will be credited to the Cardholder's JAL Miles account within a maximum of 45 (forty five) working days from the date of request for redemption done through the D-Point website.

  5. Other applicable terms and conditions.

In case of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon communication media.
