A. Program Description

The Spend & Get e-Voucher Program for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Program”) by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) entitles Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card holders (“Cardholders”) to avail of Traveloka e-Vouchers according to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions”). 

B. Program Period
This program is valid from 19 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”).

C. Program General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Cardholder must read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Valid for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Card”) approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period.
  4. During the Program Period, the Cardholder is required to accumulate domestic and/or international retail transactions during the first 60 (sixty) calendar days since the Card was approved and issued (“Transaction Period”).

  5. Cardholders who meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers (“Rewards”) with reward value based on each tier as follows:

  6. Rewards will be issued within a maximum of 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the transaction period month. The following illustrates the period of card approval, reward issuance and transaction period:
     
  7. The reward in the form of an e-voucher code will be sent via short message service (SMS) to the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank's system. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for not receiving the reward in case of discrepancy between the Cardholder's mobile phone number registered in the Bank's system and the Customer's latest yet unregistered mobile phone number in the Bank's system.
  8. Issuance of reward becomes invalid for blocked cards or delayed bill payments. 
  9. Rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers refer to discount vouchers that are valid only for single (one time) use and can be deducted in part/all when purchasing FLIGHT, HOTEL, EXPERIENCE, BUS, TRAIN, VEHICLE RENTAL, SHUTTLE AIRPORT TRANSPORT and CULINARY products on the Traveloka Application without a minimum transaction. If the Voucher value is less than the transaction value, then the Cardholder must settle the difference using the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
  10. The use of rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers can be combined with other Traveloka promos, but cannot be transferred nor converted into cash. 
  11. Rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers expire based on the expiration date listed on the e-Voucher sent via SMS. The e-Voucher will be invalid/expired if unused within the indicated validity period.
  12. The Traveloka e-Voucher is entirely the product and responsibility of Traveloka, not of Bank Danamon. For other terms and conditions related to the use of the Traveloka e-Voucher that are not listed here, access the following Traveloka link http://traveloka.com/giftvoucher/help. If there are complaints and/or problems regarding the Traveloka e-Voucher, please contact Traveloka directly.
  13. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the issuance of rewards for transactions that are considered unfair, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions and transactions at merchants who are indicated to be selling products that are prohibited under Indonesia’s laws and regulations.
  14. If the Cardholder cancels the transaction, thereby resulting to non-compliance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, then the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to issue rewards.

  16. Upon approval and issuance of Card to Cardholders during the Program Period, and performing transactions during the Transaction Period in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and complied with its General Terms and Conditions. The Card’s approval and issuance to the Cardholder and transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
     

C. Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership".
  3. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s laws and regulations.
  4. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of reward to the Cardholder.
  5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any corrections/additions/updates to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified via the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  6. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit objections within that period. If the Cardholder disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

A. Program Description

The Program’s General Terms and Conditions (“Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the terms and conditions of the e-Voucher Welcome Offer Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) applicable for participating Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cardholders. 

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions in the following Program’s General Terms and Conditions.

B. Program Period
This program is valid from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (“Program Period”).

C. Program General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Cardholder must read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation in this Program.
  4. Valid for Cards approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period.
  5. During the Program Period, the Cardholder is required to accumulate domestic and/or international retail transactions during the first 60 (sixty) calendar days since the Card was approved and issued (“Transaction Period”).
    1. For Card approved and issued from January to June 2023, valid for minimum accumulated transactions worth Rp15,000,000.- (Fifteen Million Rupiah).
    2. Transactions performed exclude bill payment transactions (routine bills), insurance payments, cash advances (cash withdrawals), money tansfers (transfers of funds), and installments.
  6. Cardholders who meet the Program General Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive a reward in the form of a Traveloka e-Voucher (“Reward”) worth Rp2,500,000 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
  7. Rewards will be issued within a maximum of 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the transaction period month. The following illustrates the period of card approval, reward issuance and transaction period:

  16. Apabila Pemegang Kartu membatalkan transaksi yang menyebabkan Pemegang Kartu menjadi tidak lagi memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini, Pemegang Kartu setuju bahwa Bank Danamon berhak untuk tidak memberikan Hadiah.

A. Description of Feature

The Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card D-Point Bonus Feature (“Feature”) by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) offers Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) to avail of D-Points bonus according to the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions (“Feature General Terms and Conditions”).

B. Feature Terms and Conditions

  1. The Cardholder must read and understand the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Cardholders are entitled to 1 (one) D-Point for every Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card transaction worth Rp2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) at all merchants (“Regular D-Point”).
  3. Cardholders are entitled to an additional bonus of 3x (three) D-Points ("3x D-Points Bonus") specifically for every Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card transaction worth Rp2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) under the following conditions :

    a. Cardholders are required to accumulate transactions worth at least Rp1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) in 1 (one) month.
    b. The 3x (three) D-Points bonus will only be issued based on the transaction value of the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card within 1 (one) month, excluding canceled transactions. Here is a simulation of the calculation: 


  4. In addition, Cardholders are also entitled to an additional 16,000 (sixteen thousand) D-Points bonus (“16,000 D-Points Bonus”) specifically for each accumulated transaction using the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card worth a minimum of Rp10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupiah) within 1 (one) month.
  5. The 3x D-Points Bonus and 16,000 D-Points Bonus will be issued to Cardholders under the following conditions:
    a. Transactions are calculated within a period of 1 (one) month starting from the 1st to the end of the month based on the transaction date.
    b. The D-Point Bonus will be issued no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the transaction month.

  6. Accumulated transactions exclude cash advance transactions, bill payments, insurance, money transfers, installments and/or canceled transactions.
  7. It does not apply to transactions that have been deemed as unreasonable, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions, transactions at merchants that are indicated to be selling products that are prohibited under Indonesia’s laws and regulations, and/or transactions that run contrary to applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. It is not applicable to blocked cards nor to late bill payments.
  9. Here’s an illustration of the Feature:
  10. If the Cardholder cancels one of the transactions which causes him/her to lose eligibility to fulfill the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions, he/she agrees for Bank Danamon to disallow issuance of the D-Point Bonus to himself/herself.

  11. By performing transactions according to the Feature, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Feature and complied with its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Feature and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

  12. Here’s a simulation of accumulated transactions within 1 (one) year to avail of 1 Jakarta-Singapore Roundtrip Economy Class Airticket for the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card:
    a. Spend a minimum of Rp10 million per month for 12 months and get 384,000 D-Points


    b. Redeem into the miles needed per trip for each airline through:

    Mileage/Frequent Flyer Miles from Danamon partner airlines, including: Asia Miles, AirAsia BIG, Enrich, GarudaMiles, KrisFlyer, JAL Mileage.
    Example: Redeem Krisflyer miles for 1 Jakarta Singapore RT Economy Class Airticket based on the required miles on the Singapore Airlines website or other airlines

    Or, by performing transactions worth Rp10 million per month, you will earn a total of 32,000 D-Points (according to the table above) which can be exchanged for (32,000/20) = 1,600 Miles. Therefore, 1 Mile is sufficient for transaction worth Rp10,000,000 / 1,600 Miles = Rp6,250.

  2. Lounge Key


    A. Program General Description

    The General Terms and Conditions of the Lounge Key Service Program for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards ("Program General Terms and Conditions") constitute the terms and conditions applicable to cardholders who participate in the Lounge Key Service Program for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards ("Program") organized by PT JCB International Indonesia ("JCB"). Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows :

    B. Program Period

    This program is valid from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 ("Program Period").

    C. Program Terms and Conditions

    1. Cardholders must read, understand, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
    4. Valid only for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card ("Card") holders.
    5. The program for lounge key access is free of charge with the following conditions:
      1. Only valid for the Cardholder whose name is stated on the Card.
      2. Cardholders must inform the lounge key staff if they want to use the lounge key service.
      3. Cardholders must register through the lounge key staff at the destination airport.
      4. The Cardholder must show the Card and boarding pass so that the lounge key staff can check the registration. 
      5. Registration and boarding pass (flight ticket) must be in the same name as stated on the Card. If there is a difference between the name on the boarding pass and the name on the Card, lounge key access cannot be granted. 
      6. The lounge key staff will enter the Card number information on the system and charge USD 1 (one United States dollar) to determine whether the Card is active or not. The USD 1 (one United States dollar) fee is for authorization only and no deduction will be made on the Card. 
      7. Cardholders are entitled to access lounge keys free of charge a maximum of 8 (eight) times a year (excluding lounge keys in Japan and Hawaii). If 8 (eight) lounge key accesses have been made, then the next lounge key access in the same year will be charged at USD 32 (thirty-two United States dollars) per person per one-time lounge key access to the Cardholder. 
      8. For lounge keys in Japan and Hawaii, the following conditions apply : 
        1. Until March 31, 2023, Cardholders are entitled to access lounge keys free of charge without any restrictions.
        2. Starting April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024, Cardholders are entitled to access the lounge key free of charge a maximum of 6 (six) times a year.

    6. Access to the lounge key is only valid for Cardholders whose Cards are active, unblocked, and have no payment delays. 
    7. All information related to lounge key access can be seen through the website www.loungekey.com. 
    8. By accessing the lounge key during the Program Period, Cardholders are considered to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 


    C. Program Terms and Conditions

    1. The products and services from Lounge Key are entirely the responsibility of JCB, not of PT Bank Danamon Tbk. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and services, please directly contact JCB.
    2. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
    3. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
    4. The Cardholder declares that they have never and will not conduct transactions that are indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    5. If there is any report of indications of fraud, fraud and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, Program participation, or lounge key access to the Cardholder concerned.
    6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to revise/amend/update these General Terms and Conditions. Any revisions/amendments/additions to this Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon Bank Danamon’s notification of the change via its available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her approval to the change in the event that he/she fails to file any objection. If the Cardholder disagrees with the change, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
    7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives may file complaints concerning banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Additional Special Terms and Conditions for Redemption of JAL Miles

The Cardholder must read and understand the terms and conditions regarding the exchange of D-Points to JAL Miles.

  1. Valid for Bank Danamon Credit and Debit cards with D-Point feature.
  2. The minimum D-Points that can be exchanged for JAL Miles is 1,000 (one thousand) miles (equivalent to exchanging 32,000 D-Points).
  3. Once the Cardholder performs the exchange via the D-Point website, JAL Miles will be credited to the Cardholder's JAL Miles account within a maximum of 45 (forty five) working days from the date of redemption request.

Enjoy 5% (five percent) cashback for bill payments registered on your Danamon Credit Card.

  1. A 5% (five percent) cashback for bill payment transactions (regular bills) applies to all registered billings, except PLN bills.
  2. The maximum cashback per month is Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
  3. To avail of the cashback, perform a minimum of 5 (five) retail transactions worth Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per transaction within 1 (one) calendar month (1st to the last day of the month).
  4. Cashback crediting is done every month and reflected on the next billing statement. The following is an illustration: The cashback for your bill payment transactions in January 2022 will be credited no later than 28 February 2022 as indicated on your March 2022 billing statement.
  5. Retail transactions refer to Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card transactions excluding bill payment transactions (regular bills), money transfers (fund transfers), cash advance (cash withdrawals), insurance and online subscription transactions (online subscriptions).
  6. Cashback will not be credited to blocked cards or those with delayed bill payments.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This applies only to Danamon Credit & Charge Card owners (except Corporate Cards).
  2. The minimum transaction starts from Rp 300,000 while the maximum transaction that can be converted into installments may vary according to the medium of offer or according to Bank Danamon's policy.
  3. This applies only for retail transactions.
  4. This is not valid for credit card transactions in the form of installments, monthly bills and cash withdrawals.
  5. A penalty of 5% from the remaining principal and ongoing interest will be charged in case of:
    Accelerated repayment; and
    Non-payment of minimum credit card bill for 2 consecutive months.
  6. The bank may cancel the application in case credit card owner fails to meet the program terms and conditions
  7. The corresponding interest and fees that will be charged when applying for the program will be in accordance with applicable Bank policies.

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program/Service/Feature, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program/ Services/Features.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions for Programs/Services/Features form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Banking Accounts and Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership”.
  3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions for this Program/Service/Feature. For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify Cardholders within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations through Bank Danamon branch offices and/or through other communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon.
  4. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/he fails to submit an objection within the timeframe stated above. If the Cardholder does not agree to these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  5. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program/Service/Feature if he/she does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program/Service/Feature.
  6. All transactions do not have indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  7. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, programs/services/features, as well as issuance of rewards to the Cardholder.
  8. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. The General Terms and Conditions for this Program/Service/Feature have been adapted to the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
