A. General Program Description

Get 5% (five percent) discount every time you shop at Jakaichi for transactions using Danamon JCB Credit Card ("Program").

B. Program period

The Program is valid from January 19, 2022 to June 30, 2024 ("Program Period").
C. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Valid only for Danamon JCB Credit Card ("Card").
  3. Valid only for transactions every Monday during the Program Period.
  4. Only valid for transactions at Jakaichi which is located at "Jalan Melawai Raya No.189 B, RT.7/RW.5 (021) 7235633".
  5. 5% (five percent) discount applies with no minimum transaction.
  6. There is no maximum discount.
  7. Program does not apply to online purchases.
  8. Each Card can only avail of the discount under this Program once (one time) during the Program Period.
  9. Please notify Jakaichi staff before making a transaction to obtain a discount under this Program.
  10. This Program cannot be combined with any other program or promo.
  11. By making a transaction under this Program during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the Program General Terms and Conditions. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

A. Deskripsi Umum Program

Dapatkan diskon sebesar 5% (lima persen) setiap belanja di Papaya Supermarket + Papaya Fresh Gallery (“Program”).

B. Periode program

Program berlaku sejak 1 Oktober 2023 sampai dengan 30 September 2024 (“Periode Program”)

C. Syarat dan Ketentuan Program

  1. Pemegang Kartu wajib membaca dan memahami Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  2. Berlaku hanya untuk Kartu Kredit Danamon JCB Precious (“Kartu”).
  3. Program hanya berlaku setiap tanggal 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, dan 30 pada setiap bulan.
  4. Berlaku minimum transaksi sebesar Rp 200.000 per transaksi.
  5. Maksimum diskon adalah Rp100.000 (seratus ribu rupiah).

  9. Harap memberitahu petugas Papaya Supermarket + Papaya Fresh Gallery sebelum melakukan transaksi untuk mendapatkan diskon berdasarkan Program ini.
  10. Program ini tidak dapat digabungkan dengan program atau promo lainnya.
  11. Dengan melakukan transaksi sesuai Program ini selama Periode Program, maka Pemegang Kartu dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan menyetujui untuk mengikuti Program dan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program. Atas transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kartu tersebut merupakan bukti yang sah atas keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program dan persetujuan Pemegang Kartu untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.

  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable unit.
  6. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership".
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/updates to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified via the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  8. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objection mentioned above. If the Cardholder disagrees to these changes, the he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon. 
  9. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
