A. Program General Description

B. Program Period

The Program is valid from 19 January 2022 until 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”).

C. Program Terms & Conditions 

  1. 5% Discount (Five Percent Discount))
    1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Program is valid only for Danamon JCB Credit Card (“Card”).
    3. The Program is valid only for transactions every Monday during the Program Period.
    4. The Program is valid only for transactions at Jakaichi located at Jalan Melawai Raya No.189 B, RT.7/RW.5, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Telephone number: (021) 7235633.
    5. There is no minimum transaction.
    6. There is no maximum discount.
    7. The Program does not apply to installments transactions.
    8. Each Card can avail of the Program discount only once (one time) during the Program Period.
    9. Please notify Jakaichi staff or supervisor before performing the transaction to avail of the discount under this Program.
    10. This Program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions.
    11. By performing transactions according to this Program during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions made by the Cardholder serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in the Program and consent to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
       
       
  2. Bonus One Bottle Shinano Yusui
    1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Program is valid only for Danamon JCB Credit Card (“Card”).
    3. Every purchase worth Rp 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) enables Cardholder to avail of the bonus 1 (one) bottle of Shinano Yusui.
    4. The Program is valid only for transactions at Jakaichi located at Jalan Melawai Raya No.189 B, RT.7/RW.5, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Telephone number: (021) 7235633. 
    5. The Program does not apply to installment transactions.

  11. By performing transactions according to this Program during the Program Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions.   1. The products and/or services from merchant partners are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant partners, and not of Bank Danamon. If there are issues and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
  2. All transactions are free of any indication of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reports of indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in the transactions, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she does not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder, and shall become an inseparable unit.
  6. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/updates to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  8. In the event that there is a change in the benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume the Cardholder’s approval of the change in the event that he/she does not submit the above objection. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
  9. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
