Program Welcome Offer Kartu Kredit Danamon Mastercard® Platinum

The Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card Welcome Offer 2024-2025 Program ("Program") is an initiative by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") for Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") to receive cashback in accordance with these general terms and conditions ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program").

This Program is valid from November 25, 2024, to November 24, 2025 ("Program Period").

New customers and/or invited customers (through telesales offers) who become Cardholders, with the Card facility approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period (“Cardholder”).

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Cardholders who are approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period will receive cashback of IDR 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah) by accumulating a minimum transaction amount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) within 2 (two) months from the date the card is approved and issued by Bank Danamon ("Transaction Period").
  4. Transactions eligible for calculation are those made during the first 2 (two) months from the date the card is approved and issued by Bank Danamon.

  5. Transactions that are eligible for calculation are retail purchases and do not include bill payments, insurance payments, cash advances, money transfers, QRIS transactions with card funds, or transactions that are converted into installments, including monthly installment transactions.
  6. By approving and issuing a Danamon Credit Card for the Cardholder during the Program Period, and by making transactions under this Program during the Transaction Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The approval and issuance of the Card, along with the Cardholder’s transactions, constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their agreement to abide by the General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Cashback will be provided within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of the Transaction Period, and multiples do not apply.
  2. The cashback prize will be credited to the Primary Cardholder's Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card and will appear on the billing statement in the following month.
  3. Cashback is not valid if the Danamon Credit Card is blocked or if there is a delay in bill payment.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the provision of cashback for transactions deemed unreasonable, including but not limited to cash withdrawal transactions and transactions at merchants that are suspected of selling products prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If the Cardholder cancels any transactions during the Transaction Period that cause the Cardholder to no longer meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to provide cashback.

  1. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking transactions or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, unless specifically addressed differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain valid and binding for Cardholders and are an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership.” In case of any inconsistency between the “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services,” the “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership,” and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will apply.
  3. The Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to revise, change, or update the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. In such cases, Bank Danamon will notify the Cardholder within a reasonable period, or as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations, through Bank Danamon branch offices and/or other communication channels based on the latest contact information recorded with Bank Danamon.
  4. In the event of any changes to benefits, risks, costs, or general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the changes. If the Cardholder does not submit an objection within this period, Bank Danamon will assume the Cardholder agrees to the changes. If the Cardholder disagrees with the changes, they may close the product and/or service, provided all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon are fulfilled.
  5. The Cardholder affirms that no transactions have been made that suggest money laundering or any other transactions prohibited by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  6. If any indications of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, or any actions in violation of applicable laws and regulations arise, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of cashback to the affected Cardholder. The Cardholder will still be required to settle any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are aligned with relevant laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and participates in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.
