Enjoy our facility of doing transactions via phone, email, and facsimile without visiting our Branch*. Types of transactions allowed via our facility:
- Subscription, redemption, and switching of Mutual Funds,
- Subscription and redemption of Bonds in the Secondary Market,
- Overbooking of foreign currency (non-IDR) to foreign currency (non-IDR),
- Overbooking of foreign currency (non-IDR) to Rupiah (IDR),
- Dual Currency Investment

1. Call Bank Danamon’s Marketing Officer or visit our nearest Branch
   
2. Fill in and sign Foreign Exchange and Investment Product Transaction Facility via Phone, Email, and Facsimile (Fax), accessible in this link
   
3. Once registered, our Customers will be able to do Foreign Exchange and Investment Product transactions without visiting our Branch in accordance to our facility’s terms and conditions
   
4. While using this facility, Customers must ensure the phone number or email address used for the facility is registered on Bank Danamon’s system database
