ERP Direct Payment service provides lots of benefits and simplicities for Bank Danamon Customers, including:
- Minimalise manual process
- Minimalise human error possibility
- Minimalise fraud
- Encrypted and authenticated network that have been protected by Security Certificate.
- The Customer can avoid error risk when uploading text file by ensuring data is provided by the Customer ERP system and in text file format according to Bank Danamon requirement.
- Failure possibility on service usage may happen when the computer specification used by the Customer is incompatible with Bank Danamon requirements and/or due to virus attack on the Customer’s computer device.
REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE
- Having current account in Bank Danamon;
- Registered as the user of Danamon Cash Connect Service
- Completing and signing Registration/Modification/Closing Form of ERP Direct Payment
- Providing a designated computer device for ERP Direct Payment Service app.
