ERP Direct Payment service provides lots of benefits and simplicities for Bank Danamon Customers, including:

  1. Minimalise manual process
  2. Minimalise human error possibility
  3. Minimalise fraud
  4. Encrypted and authenticated network that have been protected by Security Certificate.

SERVICE RISKS

  1. The Customer can avoid error risk when uploading text file by ensuring data is provided by the Customer ERP system and in text file format according to Bank Danamon requirement.
  2. Failure possibility on service usage may happen when the computer specification used by the Customer is incompatible with Bank Danamon requirements and/or due to virus attack on the Customer’s computer device.

REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE

  1. Having current account in Bank Danamon;
  2. Registered as the user of Danamon Cash Connect Service
  3. Completing and signing Registration/Modification/Closing Form of ERP Direct Payment
  4. Providing a designated computer device for ERP Direct Payment Service app.
