This award was given to recognize Danamon’s commitment to supporting the development of capabilities, careers, and best performance of employees, while still maintaining the well-being of employees, in line with the mission to become the top employer of choice through the implementation of the company values “BISA” (Collaboration, Integrity, Customer Centric, and Adaptive) and the employee value proposition (“EVP”) “Let’s GROW” (Global Exposure, Rise to Excellence, Own Your Future, and Wellness & Well-being). This year, Danamon receives two awards, namely HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia – Indonesia, as well as for the first time ever, HR Asia Most Caring Company Award (Special Categories).

Evi Damayanti, Chief Human Capital and Operations Officer Danamon, explained, “We are proud that this year Danamon is awarded HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia, which is for the fourth consecutive year, as well as HR Asia Most Caring Company Award for the first time. These achievements are results of the collaborative spirit imbued in all Danamoners—our employees who consistently live the BISA corporate values, together with the management’s commitment to embody the Let’s GROW EVP, as Danamon realizes a collaborative, supportive, innovative, and inclusive working environment. We believe that a working environment that supports career development and welfare is not an imagination, but a tangible commitment. We encourage the best talents across Indonesia to join and grow together with us at Danamon.”

Furthermore, candidates go through an independent audit and presentation in front of panel of judges.
