Throughout nearly seven decades, Danamon has achieved numerous key milestones. In terms of the
governance, the recent approval of Danamon as Operational Financial Holding Company (“FHC”)
of the MUFG Financial Conglomeration (“MUFG FC”) in Indonesia from the Financial Services
Authority (“OJK”) affirms Danamon’s key role in controlling, consolidating, and being
responsible for all MUFG FC activities in Indonesia, whose members are PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance
Tbk (“Adira Finance”), PT Home Credit Indonesia, and PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk
(“Mandala Finance”).
In addition, the planned merger of the group’s two multifinance companies, Adira Finance and
Mandala Finance, which has been approved by shareholders and regulators, marks a major step in expanding
service reach, strengthening market position, and driving synergy and continuous innovation in
Indonesia’s multifinance industry.
