A. Description of the Feature

With the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Bonus D-Points Feature (Feature), offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon), all holders of Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards (Cardholder) can avail of the corresponding bonus D-Points under the Feature’s general terms and conditions (Feature General Terms and Conditions).

B. Terms and Conditions of the Feature 

1. The Cardholder is required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Feature.
   
2. When using the Danamon JCB Credit Card, Cardholders are entitled to get 1 (one) D-Point for every transaction worth Rp2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) at all merchants ("D-Point Regular").
   
3. Cardholders are entitled to get additional bonus which is equivalent to 3x (three times) D-Points (Bonus 3x D-Points) particularly for each transaction that uses Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card worth Rp2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupiah) based on the following conditions:
   
   1. Cardholders are required to accumulate transactions of worth a minimum of Rp1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) within 1 (one) month. 
   2. The 3x (three times) D-Points bonus will only be issued according to the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card’s accumulated transaction value within 1 (one) month, excluding cancelled transactions. The calculation is simulated below: 
   
   
   
4. In addition, the Cardholder shall also be entitled to receive additional bonus of 16,000 (sixteen thousand) D-Points (Bonus 16,000 D-Points) exclusively for every accumulated transaction using Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card with a minimum amount worth IDR 10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupiah) within 1 (one) month.
   
5. The Bonus 3x D-Points  and Bonus 16,000 D-Points (accumulatively referred to as "Total Bonus D-Points" will be issued to the Cardholder based on the following conditions:
   1. The transaction coverage is calculated for a period of 1 (one) month starting from first until the end of the month. 
   2. Effective 1 November 2023, the maximum Bonus 3x D-Points obtained shall be the same as the 1x (one time) transaction from the Card’s limit (including in cases wherein the card is in the process of increasing the limit), as issued and approved by the Bank to each Cardholder. 
   3. The bonus D-Points shall be issued no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the month wherein the transaction was performed. 
6. The accumulated transactions exclude and are not applicable for Cash Advances (cash withdrawals), Bill Payment (regular or routine bills), Insurance, Money Transfers (funds transfer), Installments and/or cancelled transactions.
   
7. The Feature is not valid for transactions that have been deemed unreasonable or have shown indications of, but not limited to, cash swipe transactions, transactions at merchants that sell prohibited products based on applicable laws and regulations enforced in Indonesia, and/or transactions that are contrary to Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
8. The Feature is not valid for cards which are in blocked status and/or delayed bill payments.
   
9. The Feature is illustrated by the table below:

10. If the Cardholder cancels any of the transactions thereby resulting in his/her ineligibility and non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature, then he/she agrees that Bank Danamon shall exercise its right to not issue the bonus D-Points to him/her.
    

11. Upon performing transactions in accordance with this Feature, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Feature and shall be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder shall serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in the Feature and agreement or compliance with its General Terms and Conditions.
    

12. The following example illustrates the accumulated transactions within a period of 1 (one) year to avail of 1 (one) Economy Class Roundtrip Airticket enroute Jakarta – Singapore for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.

    1. Spend a minimum of Rp10 million per month for 12 months and earn 384,000 D-Points

    2. Redeem the points according to the required miles per trip for each airline through Frequent Flyer Miles/Mileage from any of Danamon's partner airlines, including among others: Asia Miles, AirAsia BIG, Enrich, GarudaMiles, KrisFlyer and JAL Mileage.
       For example, redeem KrisFlyer miles for 1 Economy Class Roundtrip Airticket enroute Jakarta - Singapore based on the required miles stated in the Singapore Airlines website or other airlines.

    by performing transactions worth as much as Rp10 million per month, you can get a total of 32,000 D-Points (as per table above) which can be redeemed into (32,000/20) = 1,600 Miles. Therefore, for 1 mile, simply do the following calculation: Rp 10,000,000 / 1,600 Miles = Rp6,250.
13. Cardholders can convert D-Points into flight tickets, hotel vouchers, e-vouchers or other merchandise through https://dpoint.id.

2. Lounge Access at Airports Overseas through LoungeKey

   1. Program General Description 
      

      These LoungeKey service general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to participating Cardholders who avail of the Lounge Key service of Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (Program), which is organized by PT JCB International Indonesia (JCB). 
      The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions. 

   2. Program Period
      

      This Program is valid from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 (Program Period).

   3. Program Terms and Conditions 
      

      1. The Cardholder is required to read, understand and agree to the Program General Terms and Conditions.
      2. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) has the authority to decline or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet or comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
      3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all possible risks of losses, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
      4. The Program is valid only for holders of Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards (Card).
      5. The Program offers free of charge LoungeKey access to airport lounges, based on the following conditions:
         
         1. Valid only for the eligible Cardholder whose name is indicated on the Card. 
         2. The Cardholder must inform the assigned staff in the Lounge Key prior to using the Lounge Key service. 
         3. The Cardholder must register via the Lounge Key staff at his/her intended airport. 
         4. The Cardholder is required to present his/her Card together with boarding pass which the Lounge Key staff will check and verify during registration. 
         5. The name on both registration and boarding pass must be similar to the name indicated on the Card. If there is any difference or conflict between the name on the boarding pass and the Card, then the Lounge Key access cannot be granted or allowed. 
         6. The assigned Lounge Key staff will input the Card number and other pertinent information on the system and charge USD 1 (One United States Dollar) to verify the Card’s active status. The cost of USD 1 (One United States Dollar) is only for authorization purposes. As such, the Card will not incur any deduction nor actual charge.
         7. The Cardholder is entitled to access the Lounge Key free-of-charge up to 8 (eight) times within one year period, specifically from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 (not applicable for Lounge Key in Japan and Hawaii). Once the Lounge Key has been used and availed for a total of 8 times within a year, then the next Lounge Key access by the Cardholder will incur a charge amounting to USD 35 (Thirty Five US Dollars) per person per Lounge Key access.
         8. For Lounge Key access in Japan and Hawaii, the applicable conditions are as follows:  
            • From 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024, the Cardholder can only access the Lounge Key free-of-charge for up to a total of 6 (six) times within a year.

      8. Upon accessing the Lounge Key during the Period Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder shall serve as valid evidence of participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

   4. Other General Terms and Conditions 

      1. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is not responsible for any or all products and services from Lounge Key. As such, the Lounge Key services are entirely the responsibility of JCB. If there are problems and/or complaints in relation to such products and/or services, please contact JCB directly.
      2. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the part of the Cardholder. These shall form an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
      3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership".
      4. The Cardholder declares that current and future transactions have no indications of criminal acts, such as money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations. 
      5. If there are any proven indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction and Program participation, or disallow access to Lounge Key for the concerned Cardholder.
      6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions, and other provisions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is entitled to submit his/her written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the changes through the Bank’s communication media. The Cardholder agrees that he/she is deemed to have approved and agreed to such amendments/revisions/updates in case he/she fails to submit any objection within the given period. If the Cardholder disagrees with such changes, then he/she has the right to cancel the Program membership or participation provided that all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) are fully settled.
      7. The Cardholder and/or cardholder representative can file a verbal or written complaint concerning banking transactions by visiting the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, calling Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or sending an e-mail to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Additional Special Terms and Conditions for JAL Miles Redemption

The Cardholder is required to read and understand the following additional terms and conditions regarding redemption of D-Points into JAL Miles.

1.  Valid only for Bank Danamon Credit or Debit Cards which have the D-Point feature.
2. The minimum number of D-Points that can be redeemed for JAL Miles is 1,000 (one thousand) miles, which is equivalent to 32,000 D-Points.
3. After the Cardholder performs the redemption through the D-Point website, the corresponding JAL Miles will be credited to the Cardholder’s JAL Miles account within a maximum of 45 (forty five) working days starting from the day when the redemption was requested.
4. The general provisions of Bank Danamon D-Points Rewards apply.
5. Other terms and conditions apply. 

Enjoy 5% (five percent) cashback from bill payments registered on your Danamon Credit Card.

1. The 5% (five percent) cashback from bill payment transactions (routine bills) applies to all registered bill payments, excluding PLN bills. 
2. The maximum monthly cashback that can be earned is worth Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
3. To avail of the cashback, perform as many as 5 (five) retail transactions wherein each transaction holds a value of Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) within 1 (one) calendar month (from the first until the end of the month).
4. Crediting of cashback is done every month, as indicated on the succeeding billing statement. For example: for bill payment transactions performed in January 2023, you will be credited no later than 28 February 2023, as stated in the March 2023 billing statement.
5. Retail transactions refer to transactions that use the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card but exclude bill payment transactions (routine bills), money transfers (funds transfer), cash advances, insurance and online subscriptions.
6. The cashback will not be credited if the Card is in a blocked status or if there are delays in bill payments. 
7. Other terms and conditions apply.
   
    

General Terms and Conditions 

1. The installment conversion applies only for the holder of the Danamon Credit or Charge Card, excluding Corporate Card.
2. The minimum transaction starts from as low as Rp300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand) while the maximum amount that can be converted into installments differ based on the offer or in accordance with Bank Danamon's policy.
3. The installment conversion applies only for retail transactions.
4. The conversion is not valid for Credit Card transactions in the form of Installments, monthly bills and cash withdrawals.
5. A penalty of 5% from the remaining principal loan and running interest will be charged in case of:
   • early or advance repayment; and
   • failure to pay the minimum credit card bill for 2 consecutive months.
6. The Bank can cancel the application for installment conversion if the Cardholder fails to meet the program terms and conditions.
7. The corresponding interest and applicable fees to be charged during the time of program application will be based on prevailing Bank policies.
