This method analyzes data through various parameters, including audio signals, speech-to-text, and facial recognition as well as competency assessments to ensure that the assessment is carried out objectively. Each candidate is assessed using a standardized method so that the evaluation criteria are more consistent. In addition to AI-based interviews, Danamon also incorporates gamification (a game-based assessment) as an innovative selection method to evaluate candidates' cognitive skills, personality, and potential. Workable’s latest 2024 report highlights that 89.4% of respondents believe AI can significantly accelerate the recruitment process, while data from Sage Group indicates that by 2024, 24% of global companies have integrated AI into their recruitment strategies.
