PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) through its 2024 Danamon Financial Friday (DFF) miniseries in the fourth episode entitled “Balada Transaksi yang Selalu Menggoda” (Transactions That are Always Tempting) explores this development. In this episode, Danamon also reveals tips and tricks for customers who want to make transactions to meet their daily needs seamlessly and hassle-free through its mobile banking app D-Bank PRO #SelaluMenggoda, which brings comprehensive features and various attractive promos for customers.

Based on Databoks, mobile banking app downloads continue to increase. In 2023, the number of banking app downloads rose from 19.91 million in Q3 to 21.3 million in Q4. On that score, D-Bank PRO has managed to record quite satisfactory achievements with an increase in the number of transactions made at D-Bank PRO of up to around 36% YoY, and the number of D-Bank PRO users that increased by around 30% YoY as of July 2024.
D-Bank PRO app can be easily downloaded via App Store or Play Store, while account registration can be carried out online. One of the signature features of D-Bank PRO is QRIS, which can be used via quick access on the first page when opening the app, enabling customers to make cashless or cardless transactions. With the QRIS feature, customers can use funds from savings or credit cards so if they forget to bring their wallet, it would not be a problem. D-Bank PRO also offers monthly cashback for customers who often make transactions using QRIS at their favorite merchants.
Danamon also offers Danamon Lebih PRO, a savings product with nine currencies at once in one account to meet customer needs in foreign exchange transactions with competitive rates. Hence, if there is a more competitive rate, D-Bank PRO replaces 5 times the difference. For customers with urgent needs but still want to manage their finances, D-Bank PRO provides the My Own Installment feature, which allows the conversion of Danamon Credit Card transactions into 0% installments. Danamon also offers Money Transfer feature, which allows customers to transfer the remaining credit card limit to an account in approximately three minutes.
In collaboration with PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk (ZAI) as one of the companies in its financial group, Danamon presents vehicle insurance and travel insurance that can be accessed through D-Bank PRO. Customers can also use D-Bank PRO for e-money and e-wallet top-up needs, and to pay electricity, water, internet, and subscription bills.
