Danamon Received Ten Awards at the 21st Infobank Banking Service Excellence 2024 Awards

For the Conventional Bank category, Danamon received 4 awards, namely Diamond Trophy - 20 Consecutive Years in Service Excellence, Golden Trophy - 5 Consecutive Years In Digital Channel, 1st place for The Best Teller, and 2nd place for The Best Opening Account Via Mobile Application/Mobile Browser.

For the Sharia Business Unit category, Danamon received 6 awards, namely Platinum Trophy – 10 Consecutive Years In Service Excellence, 2nd place in The Best Overall UUS in Service Excellent, 1st place in The Best ATM Branch, 1st place in The Best Teller, 2nd place in The Best Overall Walk-in Channel, and 2nd place in The Best Customer Service.
