Program Hadiah Undian Khusus Nasabah Buana Finance

The general terms and conditions of the Buana Finance special raffle program (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to Buana Finance customers who participate in the Special Raffle Program (Program) which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with PT Buana Finance Tbk (Buana Finance).

This Program is subject to terms and conditions listed below. 

The Program is valid from 1 May 2023 until 31 October 2023 (Program Period).
The Program is open to all Buana Finance customers, whether individual or business entity, who have current Buana Finance bills (Participants).
  1. Participants are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel a customer’s participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill the conditions set out in its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. This Program is bound by general terms and conditions that apply to Bank Danamon in relation to Virtual Account products, specifically:
    1. Since Buana Finance issues the Virtual Account number to Participants for payment purposes, Buana Finance bears full responsibility for the veracity and accuracy of the Virtual Account number given to Participants, as well as all possible risks that may arise due to incorrect notification of Virtual Account numbers to Participants.
    2. Participant’s payments to Buana Finance based on Virtual Account Collection can be performed via:
      1. Cash deposits or transfers via tellers at Bank Danamon branch offices;
      2. Bank Danamon ATM, Danamon Cash Connect (DCC), D-Bank PRO and other payment channels provided by Bank Danamon; or
      3. Interbank transfers through other banks’ corresponding ATMs or their available electronic channels.
    3. Buana Finance will notify the Participant in case the Virtual Account Service cannot function properly due to Force Majeure.
  4. Participants bear full responsibility for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
A Participant is entitled to a chance to win raffle prizes based on the following conditions:
  1. Throughout the Program Period, Participants are required to perform bill payments to Buana Finance via Bank Danamon's Virtual Account (VA).
  2. Each Participant’s bill payment worth IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) to Buana Finance through Bank Danamon's Virtual Account (VA) will receive 1 (one) raffle point (multiples apply and the number of raffle points per Participant are not limited). The table below shows the sample for obtaining raffle points.

    Based on the table above, the Participant was able to accumulate a total of 18 raffle points for bill payments performed during the period 1 May 2023 to 31 October 2023.
  3. Participants who successfully win the raffle can get one of the following raffle prizes:
    • 1 (one) Alva One Electric Motorcycle unit for 1 (one) raffle winner.
    • 2 (two) iPhone 14 (128 GB) units for each of the 2 (two) raffle winners.
    • 5 (five) Smartwatch units (Garmin Venu Sq – Music Edition) for each of the 5 (five) raffle winners.
    • 8 (eight) Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 units (Wifi) for each of the 8 (eight) raffle winners.
    • 10 (ten) MAP Vouchers (@1,000,000) for each of the 10 (ten) raffle winners.
  4. Prizes are inclusive of tax (VAT) and raffle taxes.
  5. Prizes in the form of motorized vehicles are Off-the-Road. The corresponding costs for vehicle tax, vehicle documents and other related costs shall be borne by the winning Participant.
  6. Prizes cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash, goods or other forms.
  7. The color, type and look of the prize are not binding. Items sent to the raffle winner will depend on existing stock/availability.
  8. Participants who have already won a raffle prize are not entitled to receive other raffle prizes.
  9. Participants to the raffle must have a Bank Danamon account which is a condition for receiving the raffle prize.
  10. Raffle participants who do not have a Bank Danamon account must first open a Bank Danamon account before they can receive the raffle prize.
  11. The raffle will be conducted no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the end of the Program Period, subject to the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Bank Danamon will submit a list of raffle prize winners to Buana Finance no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the raffle was conducted. Buana Finance will contact the winning participant and announce the list of winners through Buana Finance's official media.
  13. Prizes will be sent to the winning participants at their respective registered address that have been advised by Buana Finance to Bank Danamon, accompanied by a description of the winning participant's Bank Danamon account number.
  14. If the raffle prize that has been sent by Bank Danamon to the winning participant is not successfully received, Bank Danamon will keep the prize for the participant to collect. Unclaimed raffle prizes by the winning participant within 60 (sixty) calendar days upon receiving notification from Buana Finance shall be either turned over by Bank Danamon to the Ministry of Social Affairs or be subject to other actions in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.
  15. Bank Danamon is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery of goods or items which may be due to wrong or erroneous address given to Bank Danamon, negligence or other actions committed by third parties, including but not limited to the negligence of logistics/goods delivery services.
  16. The raffle prize is not a product of Bank Danamon. Therefore, all queries and requests for information regarding raffle prizes can be directed to the respective manufacturers of the prizes. Participants hereby release Bank Danamon from any responsibility in connection with handling complaints regarding raffle prizes turned over to Participants.

If selected as a winner, Participants are entitled to receive a raffle prize by fulfilling the Program requirements set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

Participants are only entitled to the raffle prize if they are selected as winners.

Customers are not charged any fees in relation to their participation in the Program.

  1. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking products/services via the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or email: hellodanamon@danamon.co.id and/or tb.service @danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaint services can be accessed through the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally correct/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any corrections/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In the event that there is a change in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Participant has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Participant agrees that he/she is deemed to have agreed to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Participant disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first completing all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  2. Participants declare that all transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. The titles and terms used in the Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of its General Terms and Conditions.
  4. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, participation in the Program or issuance of prizes to the Participant concerned.
  5. The Program General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  6. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
REMINDER
Participants should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
