On Thursday, October 3, 2024 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, Sharia Business Unit (UUS) of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) represented by Mrs. Merci Santi Adriani as Sharia Funding Business Head (in the middle) received an award the Best Sharia Banking Business Unit 2024 category at the 13th Infobank Sharia Recognition 2024 event organized by Infobank. Danamon's Sharia Business Unit (UUS) as one of the 2023 business units won an award for its best performance throughout 2023.

The award organized by Infobank is intended for Sharia Financial Institutions that are considered successful in running their businesses and achieving the best performance throughout 2023. In addition to financial institutions, awards are also given to Sharia figures who have played a role, achieved and also made real contributions in advancing the Sharia financial system and the Halal industry.
