Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2024 of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Approved 35% Dividend Payout Ratio and Appointed Jin Yoshida as the New Director Succeeding Naoki Mizoguchi

Jakarta, March 22, 2024 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Company/Danamon) conducted its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday, 22 March 2024, and the Shareholders of the Company approved all the agendas proposed by the Company.

Daisuke Ejima, President Director of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk stated that the 2024 AGMS approved, amongst others: the Company’s Annual Report, Financial Statement, Appropriation of Profit, and Change in the Composition of the Board of Directors. 

The Company exhibited strong business growth and managed to book Net Profit for the financial year ended on 31 December 2023 amounting to approximately Rp3.5 trillion. At the AGMS, the Company’s Shareholders approved a 35% Dividend payment from the Company's Net Profit, equivalent to approximately Rp1.2 trillion or Rp125.48 per share.

At the AGMS, the Shareholders also approved the appointment of Jin Yoshida as the Company’s Director, replacing Naoki Mizoguchi who will end his term as the Company’s Director effective on 1 April 2024. Jin Yoshida will be effective as the Director after fulfilling all the applicable requirement and governing regulation. Therefore, the composition of the Board of Directors will be as follow:

• Vice President Director : Hafid Hadeli
• Director : Herry Hykmanto 
• Director : Rita Mirasari
• Director : Dadi Budiana
