The event’s talk show featured speakers, including Totok Sediyantoro, Chair of SUV Brotherhood, dr.  Eva Kurniawati, M.Gizi, SpGK, FINEM from clinical laboratory Prodia, and Meliani Chandra Biantoro, Consumer Segmentation Head of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.

During the event, entitled "Managing Work and Life Balance", dr. Eva pointed out the importance of striking balance between health, personal life, and work. 

"To stay fit, it is important to, first of all, carry out regular medical check-ups as a health profiling step so we can get to know our body and health condition and maintain or overcome various potential health problems early and optimally. What’s equally important is getting enough rest and sleep,” she said.
