Jakarta, January 22 2021 - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) this day announced a partnership with PT BPR Lestari Bali (“BPR Lestari”) for the use of its virtual account and transfer API (Application Programming Interface) for BPR Lestari customers.
Under this partnership, BPR Lestari which is one of Indonesia’s leading BPRs, will implement the Danamon Transfer API application to provide real time interbank transfer services for its customers. Moreover, BPR Lestari can use Danamon's virtual account API for online fund acceptance services benefitting BPR Lestari customers. The mutual agreement was symbolically formalized at the BPR Lestari Head Office in Teuku Umar, Denpasar, Bali on 21 January 2021 in observance of strict health protocols.

Through Transfer API, BPR Lestari customers can perform real time interbank transfers via ATM or LestariMobile (mobile banking). In addition to the convenience of making transfers to other banks, this collaboration provides BPR Lestari customers the ability to deposit funds in real time, any time including holidays through the Danamon API Virtual Account.
"The partnership offers free-of-charge transactions for BPR Lestari customers," said Pribadi.
In recognition of its digital banking services, Danamon recently received three consecutive awards from international institutions, particularly Indonesia’s Best Digital Bank from the Asiamoney Best Bank Award 2020, Asia Trailblazer 2020 award from Retail Banking International (RBI) with the title Highly Commended in the Best Digital Banking Initiative category, and the 2020 DX Gamechanger award from IDC for the company's digital transformation.
The Virtual Account and Transfer API real time services boost the digital competency of BPR Lestari.
