Bank Danamon plays an active role in supporting the government fight the Covid-19 pandemic to help accelerate national economic recovery

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and   PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk (“Bank BNP” or “Merged Bank”), a member of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (“MUFG”) have completed our operational merger.

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) has been advised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) that it has granted approval for the merger between Bank Danamon and PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk (BNP) with Bank Danamon as the Surviving Bank.

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Company”) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (”EGMS”) today and approved changes to the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and in the Company’s Articles of Association.
