PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) collaborates with CompetitionRealms to provide opportunities for
students from various universities in Indonesia and abroad to innovate in supporting business sustainability
through brilliant ideas.
Through the Danamon International Business Plan competition, participants are expected to hone their
entrepreneurial skills such as business planning, marketing strategies, and financial management to produce
sustainable businesses, in accordance with the theme raised in this business plan, namely Sustainability
Brilliance: Leading a Resilient Business Future by Leveraging Circular Economy Principles.
This objective is one of the commitments of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), especially in the field of
education to build human resources who are better prepared to enter the world of work, as well as efforts to
increase Danamon's Employer Branding among talented young talents and get talent pipelines for the Management

Competition.
