Danamon Brings Kids Mascots to Old Trafford

Manchester, 27 December 2017. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon), as the exclusive issuer of Manchester United debit and credit cards and a Manchester United partner for 11years, Danamon, today provided an experience of a lifetime for children of Danamon customers, giving them the chance to walk with Manchester United’s first team players as Kids Mascots onto the Old Trafford pitch during a Premier League fixture against Burnley. The Kids Mascot program is part of Danamon Manchester United Red Match program, which provides a chance for customers to send their children as Kid Mascots by topping up the balances in their Danamon Manchester United (TabunganMU) savings accounts and D-Point Bidding.

The Kids Mascot program complements existing programs whereby Danamon Manchester United Debit and Credit card holders have a chance to watch Manchester United live at Old Trafford, England, through a raffle program called Danamon Red Match. Every year, 48 customers are flown to Old Trafford over two rounds, and, as of today, more than 200 customers have enjoyed the experience. During the trip, the winners also participate in a series of activities such as visiting the AON Training Complex, meeting players and experiencing the Manchester United Museum and Stadium Tour.

The Kids Mascots who walked with Manchester United’s starting lineup today were granted this experience through an account balance top up program that ran from September to October 2017. To be eligible for this program, the customer needs to deposit an average of IDR 100 million into his/her Danamon TabunganMU savings account during that period. For D-Point Bidding, customers should have at least 1000 points to get a chance to be Kids Mascot winners. The children participating in the Kids Mascot programs also need to be between 7 and 13 years of age.

Additionally, Danamon recently launched the Red Match Soccer Camp program, which provides opportunities for all Danamon customers to send their children to be trained with Manchester United Soccer School (MUSS) Coach.
