Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

    The program period is from July 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. (“Program Period”).

  2. Participant’s Criteria

    Customers who are entitled to participate in this program are as follows:

    1. This program is valid for Bank Danamon customers who hold individual and corporate Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards issued by Bank Danamon ("Cards").
    2. Cards must be active, have no outstanding balances, and are not blocked.

  3. Program Terms and Conditions

    2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.

  5. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. Merchants participating in the Program are fully responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
    2. Other provisions refer to the provisions set by American Express as the Organizer. In the event of a dispute regarding the Offer, American Express' decision is final and binding on all parties involved.
    3. The terms and conditions of participating merchants in the Program still apply (e.g., additional fees during the holiday season or major holidays) – please check details directly with the relevant merchant.
    4.     6. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have agreed to such changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If Program Participants do not agree to such changes, Program Participants have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all Program Participant obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    7. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    8. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or cancel the Program Participant's participation in the relevant Program. Program Participants are still required to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon.
    9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
    10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

  7. Program participants must be wary of fraud committed by individuals impersonating the Bank and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program is beyond the Bank's jurisdiction.

These General Terms and Conditions for the IDR 25,000 Discount Program on the Grab App for Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards ("General Program Terms and Conditions") govern the participation of customers in the IDR 25,000 Discount Program on the Grab App ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined below: 


  1. Program Period

    The Program will run from 15 April to 14 October 2025 ("Program Period"). 

  2. Participant Eligibility
    1. This Program is valid for holders ("Cardholders") of the following cards: 
      • Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card
      • Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card
      • Danamon American Express Green Charge Card

    2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a participant’s enrollment if they fail to comply with these terms.
    3. Participants bear full responsibility for any losses, claims, demands, or disputes arising from their participation or cancellation in the Program.
    4. The promotional program applies in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam with the following discount amounts:
      • The Malaysia: MYR 6 off with a minimum spend of MYR 60
      • The Indonesia: IDR 25k off with a minimum spend of IDR 170k
      • The Philippines: PHP 150 off with a minimum spend of PHP750
      • The Vietnam: VND 25k with a minimum spend of VND 250k
    5. The Promotion programs in countries other than Indonesia can be used if the Program Participants are in that country, and the discount amount will be in the local currency of that country.
    6. The The conversion of the discount amount into Rupiah will follow the currency rate as of the date the discount amount is posted in the Danamon Bank system.
    7. The Program Participants cannot request deviation from the discount amount that has been converted into Rupiah.
    8. The promo code can be used a maximum of 2 (two) times per Program Period.
    9. The promotion is only valid for GrabFood or DineOut transactions on the Grab app.
    10. This promotion may be combined with other discount programs or promotions (if applicable).
    11. Payment must be made using Danamon American Express Credit or Charge Cards issued in Indonesia.

    16. Cardholders acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via Bank Danamon’s official channels. If changes affect benefits, risks, fees, or terms, Cardholders may submit a written objection within 30 (thirty) business days of notification. Failure to object constitutes acceptance. Cardholders who disagree may withdraw from the Program after settling any outstanding obligations.

General Terms and Conditions of The Hotel Collection Program
The General Terms and Conditions of The Hotel Collection Program for Danamon American Express Gold Charge Cardholders (“General Terms and Conditions”) set forth the rules and requirements for customers participating in The Hotel Collection Program for Danamon American Express Gold Charge Cardholders (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).
By participating in the Program, customers agree to abide by all provisions outlined in these General Terms and Conditions: 


  1. Program Period

    The Program is valid from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (“Program Period”). 

  2. Eligibility Criteria
    1. The Program is open to individual Bank Danamon customers who are holders of a Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card with BIN 3755394 or 3755391 (“Cardholders”).
    2. Cardholders’ Danamon American Express Gold Charge Cards must be active, without overdue payments, and unblocked. 
  3. Program Terms and Conditions
    1. Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions before joining the Program.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or revoke a participant's enrollment if they fail to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
    3. Participants are solely responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, or demands arising from their participation in or withdrawal from the Program.

Failure to raise objections within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the changes. Participants who do not agree to the changes may cancel their participation after settling any obligations with Bank Danamon.

Other Term and Conditions

    1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Account and Banking Services, the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. The Program Participant agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend, modify, or complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available to the Bank. In the event of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes. The Program Participant agrees that if no objection is raised within that time period, the Program Participant is deemed to have accepted the amendment. If the Program Participant does not agree to the amendment, they have the right to cancel their Program membership, provided all obligations to the Bank (if any) are fulfilled.
    3. The Program Participant declares that there are no transactions, and will not be any, that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    4. If there are indications of fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, abnormal transactions, money laundering, and/or actions not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke Program benefits for the concerned Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to fulfill all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    5. If any irregularities are found related to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
    6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the Financial Services Authority regulations.
    7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee scheme.
