- The Cardholder's American Express® Danamon Card must be active, not in arrears, and the card condition is unblocked.

- Program Participants can only make eligible hotel reservations through Booking.com using the special American Express® Benefit Platform and use an eligible Danamon American Express® Card at the time of payment for the reservation.
- Eligible hotel offers can be classified by the yellow border on the offer.
- The offer is only valid for the base rate of the room and does not include taxes, surcharges or other charges.

- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there is a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit his objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- If there is a report of any indication of misconduct, fraud and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Program participation, or give prizes to the Cardholder concerned.

Other Conditions
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express® Credit Card and Charge Card Membership, These Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. - If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
- If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
These General Terms and Conditions of the Singapore Tourist Privilege Program for Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers who participate in the Singapore Tourist Privilege Program for Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards (“Program”) organized by American Express (“Organizer”).

Participant’s Criteria

- Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.

- Other Terms and Conditions
- Merchants participating in the Program are fully responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Other provisions refer to the provisions set by American Express as the Organizer. In the event of a dispute regarding the Offer, American Express' decision is final and binding on all parties involved.
- The terms and conditions of participating merchants in the Program still apply (e.g., additional fees during the holiday season or major holidays) – please check details directly with the relevant merchant.

- Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have agreed to such changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If Program Participants do not agree to such changes, Program Participants have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all Program Participant obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- If there are indications of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or cancel the Program Participant's participation in the relevant Program. Program Participants are still required to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.
- Warning
Program participants must be wary of fraud committed by individuals impersonating the Bank and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program is beyond the Bank's jurisdiction.
