- The prices listed may be subject to applicable service charges and government taxes (if any).
- Expired or unused offers cannot be refunded, extended, or voided under certain conditions according to the participating merchant's terms, unless stated otherwise.
- The participating merchant is fully responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. American Express is not the provider of the products/services offered and makes no statements or guarantees regarding those products/services.
- Other terms and conditions must refer to the terms and conditions set by American Express as the Organizer. In the event of a dispute regarding the Offer, the decision of American Express is final and binding on all parties involved.

- The Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions of the Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership and the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards Points. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be communicated through the available communication media at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have consented to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within that time frame. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, then the Cardholder has the right to withdraw from the Program.
- The Cardholder declares that there are no and will be no transactions indicated as money laundering and/or any other transactions not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- If there are reports of indications of fraud, deceit, and/or transaction deviations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the participation in the Program, and/or grant rewards to the relevant Cardholder.
- The Cardholder can submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or The Platinum Card Service (021 3435 8889), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

- The General Terms and Conditions of this program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

These General Terms and Conditions for the IDR 25,000 Discount Program on the Grab App for
Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards ("General Program Terms and Conditions") govern
the participation of customers in the IDR 25,000 Discount Program on the Grab App ("Program")
organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").
By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions

promotion offers an IDR 25,000 discount with a minimum transaction of IDR 170,000
(not cumulative).
- The
promo code can be used a maximum of 2 (two) times per Program Period.
- The
promotion is only valid for GrabFood or DineOut transactions on the Grab app.
- This
promotion may be combined with other discount programs or promotions (if
applicable).
- Payment must be made using Danamon
American Express Credit or Charge Cards issued in Indonesia.

- Cardholders acknowledge that Bank
Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these terms at any time.
Any changes will be communicated via Bank Danamon’s official channels. If
changes affect benefits, risks, fees, or terms, Cardholders may submit a written
objection within 30 (thirty) business days of notification. Failure to object
constitutes acceptance. Cardholders who disagree may withdraw from the Program after
settling any outstanding obligations.
- Cardholders confirm that no
transactions involve money laundering or other illegal activities under Indonesian
law.
- If
fraud, misuse, or suspicious transactions are reported, Bank Danamon may cancel
transactions, revoke Program participation, or withhold rewards.
- Cardholders may submit complaints
orally or in writing at the nearest Bank Danamon branch, via The Platinum Card

All decisions made by Bank Danamon regarding the program—including, but not limited to, the use of personal data for decision-making—are final and binding for all cardholders and applicants.

Any terms and conditions related to the card, products, or services offered by Bank Danamon not specifically outlined in this document remain applicable and integral to these Program Terms and Conditions.

These Program Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards, as well as the Membership Rewards Point Program Terms. The aforementioned terms remain valid unless otherwise specified in this document.

Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. If there are changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms, participants have the right to submit objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days of the notification. Failure to raise objections within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the changes. Participants who do not agree to the changes may cancel their participation after settling any obligations with Bank Danamon.

Participants declare that there are no transactions involving money laundering or other prohibited activities under Indonesian law.

In cases of fraud, misconduct, or transactional irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, revoke participation, or withdraw rewards from the cardholder.

These Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK).
