A. Program Description
These The General Terms and Conditions of the Program Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Welcome Offer ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the program Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Welcome Offer (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).
Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:
B. Program Period
The Program will be conducted during the period from September 1st, 2025 to September 30th, 2025* or until the full quota of 2,000 Rewards has been fully utilized in accordance with this Program, whichever comes first (“Program Period”).
*Period refers to when the Card is applied for and approved by the Bank.
C. Program Participant Criteria
The Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:
- Customers or prospective customers who do not yet have Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Card"),
- The Program applies to new primary Cards, including both primary and add-on Cards, acquired during the Program Period,
- Customers or prospective customers who apply for a primary Card and at least 1 (one) supplementary Card in a single application during the Program Period,
- Customers or prospective customers whose primary Card and at least one supplementary Card are approved during the Program Period,
- Program applies to Card acquisitions through all channels, and
- Program does not apply to employees of the Bank, its subsidiaries, or affiliates ("Program Participants").
D. General Terms and Conditions of The Program
- Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel any Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

Program Participants are required to accumulate retail transactions (“Transactions") within the first 90
(ninety) calendar days from the date the Card is approved and issued ("Transaction Period") by the Bank during
Program Period with the following conditions:
- A minimum accumulated Transaction amount of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million rupiah) is required; multiples do not apply, and
- Transactions excluded from this Program include insurance payments, cash advances, money transfers, balance conversions, QRIS transactions using Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card as the source of funds, transactions converted into installments including monthly installment payments, and/or canceled transactions.
- Program Participants who meet Transaction requirements as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive a reward in the form of Traveloka E-Voucher worth IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) (“Reward").
- The Program will run during the Program Period or until the full quota of 2,000 Rewards has been fully utilized in accordance with this Program, whichever comes first.
- For clarity, if more than 2,000 Program Participants meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program to receive Reward, the recipients will be determined based on the earliest time of fulfilling all General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel Reward if any transaction is deemed suspicious and/or not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions and transactions at merchants suspected of selling prohibited products under Indonesian law. If a Program Participant cancels a transaction that causes them to no longer meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program Participant agrees that the Bank has the right not to provide Reward.

The transaction made by the Program Participant serves as valid proof of participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
E. Program Reward Awarding Mechanism

The Reward will be distributed no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the end of the Transaction Period

In the event of a discrepancy between the registered mobile phone number and Program Participant’s current mobile phone number that is not yet updated in the Bank’s system, Program Participant agrees and understands that they will not receive Reward.
- Reward will not be awarded if the Card is blocked or there are late payments.
- Reward is valid for one-time use only and can be used to partially or fully offset the cost of product purchases on Traveloka. The terms of redemption and usage of the Reward follow Traveloka’s applicable policies, with no minimum transaction required. If the Reward value is less than the transaction amount, the difference must be paid by the Participant using the Card. If the transaction amount is less than the Reward value, the remaining balance of the Reward will be forfeited and cannot be reused or refunded.
- Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Reward has an expiration date as stated in the text message (SMS or WhatsApp) sent to the Program Participant. If not used within the specified period, the Reward will expire and become invalid
- Reward is not a product or responsibility of the Bank and is entirely under the responsibility of Traveloka. For additional terms and conditions related to the use of the Reward not listed here, please refer to Traveloka’s terms and conditions available at https://traveloka.com/giftvoucher/help. For any complaints or issues regarding the Reward, please contact Traveloka directly.
F. Program Participant Complaints
- Cardholders may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at il at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- The procedure for submitting complaints can be accessed on the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
G. Other Terms and Conditions
- The General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Products, services, and/or benefits provided by Traveloka are solely the responsibility of Traveloka and are not products nor the responsibility of the Bank. For any issues or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact Traveloka directly.
- Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. All changes or updates will be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. If such changes involve modifications to benefits, risks, fees, or other conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the notification date. If no objection is submitted within that timeframe, the Progream Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Program Participant disagrees, they may cancel their Program enrollment after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
- Program Participants state that there are no, and will be no, transactions that indicate money laundering or other activities prohibited under prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregular or suspicious transactions, money laundering, or violations of applicable laws, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate use of Bank products/services, revoke Program participation, and withdraw Program benefits from the affected Program Participant. The Program Participant must still fulfill any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
- In case of any irregularities related to the Program or if fraud is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report such concerns to Hello Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the LPS guarantee scheme.
H. How to Redeem Travel E-Voucher

A. Program Description
These The Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card Welcome Offer Program (“Program”) is a program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Card”) holders to obtain Travel E-Vouchers in accordance with the general terms and conditions (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”).
B. Program Period
This program is valid for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cardholders who are approved and issued by Bank Danamon on 16 January 2025 until 15 April 2025 (“Program Period”).
C. Participant Criteria
Customers or prospective customers who do not yet have a Danamon credit card and/or invited customers (through telesales offers) to become Cardholders, where the Card facilities are approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period, the Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees (‘Cardholders’).
D. General Terms and Conditions of The Program
- Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Danamon Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

Approved Cardholders during the Program Period are required to accumulate retail transactions (“Transactions”)
during the first 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date the Card is approved and issued (“Transaction Period”)
during the Program Period, subject to the following conditions:
- For the Card period approved and issued during the Program Period, a minimum accumulated Transaction value of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty-five million rupiah) applies and multiples are not applicable.
- Transactions that are not included are Bill Payment (recurring bills), Insurance Payments, Cash Advance (cash withdrawals), Money Transfer (fund transfers), QRIS transactions with the Card as the funding source, and transactions converted into instalments along with the monthly instalment transactions.
- Cardholders who meet the Transaction requirements as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme will receive a Traveloka E-Voucher worth IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) (“Prize”).
- Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the award of the Prize if there are transactions deemed irregular and/or non-compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to cash withdrawal transactions and transactions at merchants suspected of selling products prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. If the Cardholder cancels a transaction that causes the Cardholder to no longer meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to award the Prize.

E. Program Prize Awarding Mechanism

- Prizes will not be awarded if the Card is blocked or there are late payments.
- Prizes are only valid for one use and can be used to pay for part or all of a purchase on Traveloka. The terms and conditions regarding the redemption and use of prizes are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Traveloka, with no minimum transaction amount. If the value of the Reward is less than the transaction value, the difference must be paid by the Cardholder using the Card. If the transaction value is less than the value of the Reward, the remaining value of the Reward will be forfeited and cannot be used and/or refunded.
- Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- The Gift has an expiry date as stated on the Gift sent via text message (SMS or WhatsApp), so if it is not used within that period, it will be lost/forfeited/expired.
- The Prize is not a product of and is not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and is therefore entirely the responsibility of Traveloka. For other terms and conditions related to the use of the Prize that are not stated here, please refer to the terms and conditions of Traveloka, which can be accessed at https://traveloka.com/giftvoucher/help. If you have any complaints and/or problems related to the Prize, please contact Traveloka.

- The services provided by Traveloka are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of Traveloka. If you have any complaints and/or problems regarding Traveloka's services, please contact Traveloka.
- Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, to the extent not otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding on the Cardholder and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services’ and the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership’. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
- Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. For such purposes, Bank Danamon shall notify the Cardholder within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations through Bank Danamon branches and/or other means of communication in accordance with the latest data recorded by Bank Danamon.
- In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions herein, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have agreed to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service after first settling all outstanding obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon.
- The Cardholder declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
- If there are indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the issuance of Travel e-Vouchers to the Cardholder concerned. Cardholders remain obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the LPS guarantee scheme.
H. How to Redeem Travel E-Voucher

A. Program Description
The general terms and conditions of this e-Voucher Welcome Offer Program for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to participating cardholders who avail of the e-Voucher Welcome Offer for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (Program) which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon).
The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions contained in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
B. Program Period
This Program is valid from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 (Program Period).
C. Program General Terms and Conditions
- The Cardholder is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet its General Terms and Conditions.
- The Cardholder bears sole and full responsibility for any risk of loss, demand, suit, and/or claim in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
- This Program is valid for cards approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period.
- The Cardholder
is required to accumulate retail
transactions, whether local and/or
international, within 90 (ninety)
calendar days starting from the time the
Card is approved and issued (Transaction
Period) during the Program Period. The
criteria or conditions are as follows:
- for the period of the Card’s approval and issuance during the Period Program, it shall be valid for accumulated transactions with a minimum worth of Rp25,000,000 (Twenty Five Million Rupiah); and
- transactions exclude bill payments (recurring bill transactions), insurance payment, cash advance, money transfer (fund transfer), and installments.
- Cardholders who meet and fulfill the Program General Terms and Conditions can avail of rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Voucher/s (Reward/s) worth Rp2,000,000 (Two Million Rupiah).
- Rewards will
have a maximum of 60 (sixty) calendar
days starting from the end of the
Transaction Period. The table below

As such, the Cardholder bears the risk of not receiving the reward in case of any discrepancy between his/her current mobile phone number and that which has been registered in the Bank's system. To avoid such discrepancy, the Cardholder is encouraged to update his/her mobile phone number registered in the Bank’s system.
- The reward will not be issued to a Card whose status is ‘blocked’ or in arrears (late bill payments).
- Rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers refer to discount vouchers, which are valid only for single or one-time use. These can be used to deduct either part or the entire value of the transaction when purchasing FLIGHT, HOTEL, EXPERIENCE, BUS, TRAIN, VEHICLE RENTAL, SHUTTLE AIRPORT TRANSPORT or CULINARY on the Traveloka App, without any minimum transaction. In case the value of the Voucher is less than the actual value of the transaction, the Cardholder shall pay the corresponding difference using his/her Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
- If the transaction value is less than the value of the e-Voucher, then the remaining value of the e-Voucher shall be forfeited and cannot be further used and/or returned.
- The use of Rewards, which takes the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers, can be combined with other promotions from Traveloka but cannot be transferred nor converted into cash.
- Rewards in the form of Traveloka e-Vouchers are bound by an expiration period, which is indicated on the Traveloka e-Voucher that will be sent via Short Message System (SMS) or WhatsApp. In the event that the Traveloka e-Voucher remains unused beyond the validity period, then it shall be considered lost, forfeited or expired.
- The e-Voucher remains the product and responsibility of Traveloka, not of Bank Danamon. For other terms and conditions related to the use of the Traveloka e-Voucher which are not specified here, please refer to Traveloka’s terms and conditions which can be accessed via this website link http://traveloka.com/giftvoucher/help. In case of issues, complaints and/or problems related to the e-Voucher, please contact Traveloka directly.
- Bank Danamon exercises full authority to disallow or cancel issuance of Rewards for transactions which have been deemed unreasonable, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions at merchants that have shown indications of selling products prohibited under Indonesia’s applicable laws and regulations.
- If the Cardholder cancels the transaction, which in effect results in failure to meet the Program General Terms and Conditions, then he/she agrees that Bank Danamon shall exercise its right to disallow issuance of the corresponding Reward/s.

The Card’s approval and issuance to Cardholders and his/her transactions during the Program Period serve as valid evidence of his/her participation in Program and acknowledgment to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
D. Other Terms and Conditions
- Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in this Program General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and binding on the part of the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- The Program General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of the "Bank Danamon General Terms and Conditions for Card Membership". These provisions shall remain in effect to unless provided otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- The Cardholder declares that current and future transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or transactions that are prohibited under laws and regulations enforced in Indonesia.
- If there are indications of fraud, deceit, irregularities, money laundering and/or other inappropriate transaction based on prevailing laws and regulations, then Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, Program participation, or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Cardholder. The Cardholder, however, remains responsible to settle all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if applicable).
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to occasionally amend/update/complete the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any change/revision/update to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon Bank Danamon’s notification of changes through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that he/she is deemed to have agreed or approved to the changes if he/she fails submit any written objection within the time period. If the Cardholder disapproves of the changes, then he/she has the right to cancel his/her participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- Cardholders may file verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services by visiting the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, calling Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or sending an e-mail via hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- Procedures regarding the cardholder complaint services can be accessed through the website link https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
- The Program General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority

Program General Description
These LoungeKey service general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to participating Cardholders who avail of the Lounge Key service of Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (Program), which is organized by PT JCB International Indonesia (JCB).
The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions. -
Program Period
This Program is valid from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 (Program Period).

Program Terms and Conditions
- The Cardholder is required to read, understand and agree to the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) has the authority to decline or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet or comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
- The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all possible risks of losses, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
- The Program is valid only for holders of Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cards (Card).
- The Program
offers free of charge LoungeKey access
to airport lounges, based on the
following conditions:
- Valid only for the eligible Cardholder whose name is indicated on the Card.
- The Cardholder must inform the assigned staff in the Lounge Key prior to using the Lounge Key service.
- The Cardholder must register via the Lounge Key staff at his/her intended airport.
- The Cardholder is required to present his/her Card together with boarding pass which the Lounge Key staff will check and verify during registration.
- The name on both registration and boarding pass must be similar to the name indicated on the Card. If there is any difference or conflict between the name on the boarding pass and the Card, then the Lounge Key access cannot be granted or allowed.
- The assigned Lounge Key staff will input the Card number and other pertinent information on the system and charge USD 1 (One United States Dollar) to verify the Card’s active status. The cost of USD 1 (One United States Dollar) is only for authorization purposes. As such, the Card will not incur any deduction nor actual charge.
- The Cardholder is entitled to access the Lounge Key free-of-charge up to 8 (eight) times within one year period, specifically from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 (not applicable for Lounge Key in Japan and Hawaii). Once the Lounge Key has been used and availed for a total of 8 times within a year, then the next Lounge Key access by the Cardholder will incur a charge amounting to USD 35 (Thirty Five US Dollars) per person per Lounge Key access.

For Lounge Key access in
Japan and Hawaii, the
applicable conditions
are as
follows:
- From 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024, the Cardholder can only access the Lounge Key free-of-charge for up to a total of 6 (six) times within a year.
- Access to Lounge Key is valid only for Cards that are active, unblocked and without any arrears in payment.

- Upon accessing the Lounge Key during the Period Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and be subject to its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder shall serve as valid evidence of participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

Other General Terms and Conditions
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is not responsible for any or all products and services from Lounge Key. As such, the Lounge Key services are entirely the responsibility of JCB. If there are problems and/or complaints in relation to such products and/or services, please contact JCB directly.
- Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the part of the Cardholder. These shall form an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
- The Program General Terms and Conditions form an inseparable part of "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership".
- The Cardholder declares that current and future transactions have no indications of criminal acts, such as money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
- If there are any proven indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction and Program participation, or disallow access to Lounge Key for the concerned Cardholder.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions, and other provisions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is entitled to submit his/her written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the changes through the Bank’s communication media. The Cardholder agrees that he/she is deemed to have approved and agreed to such amendments/revisions/updates in case he/she fails to submit any objection within the given period. If the Cardholder disagrees with such changes, then he/she has the right to cancel the Program membership or participation provided that all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) are fully settled.

The Cardholder and/or cardholder representative can file a verbal or written complaint concerning banking transactions by visiting the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, calling Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or sending an e-mail to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
- The Program General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations..

Additional Special Terms and Conditions for JAL Miles Redemption
The Cardholder is required to read and understand the following additional terms and conditions regarding redemption of D-Points into JAL Miles.
- Valid only for Bank Danamon Credit or Debit Cards which have the D-Point feature.
- The minimum number of D-Points that can be redeemed for JAL Miles is 1,000 (one thousand) miles, which is equivalent to 32,000 D-Points.
- After the Cardholder performs the redemption through the D-Point website, the corresponding JAL Miles will be credited to the Cardholder’s JAL Miles account within a maximum of 45 (forty five) working days starting from the day when the redemption was requested.
- The general provisions of Bank Danamon D-Points Rewards apply.
- Other terms and conditions apply.
Enjoy 5% (five percent)
cashback from bill payments registered on your Danamon Credit
Card.
- The 5% (five percent) cashback from bill payment transactions (routine bills) applies to all registered bill payments, excluding PLN bills.
- The maximum monthly cashback that can be earned is worth Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
- To avail of the cashback, perform as many as 5 (five) retail transactions wherein each transaction holds a value of Rp100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) within 1 (one) calendar month (from the first until the end of the month).
- Crediting of cashback is done every month, as indicated on the succeeding billing statement. For example: for bill payment transactions performed in January 2023, you will be credited no later than 28 February 2023, as stated in the March 2023 billing statement.
- Retail transactions refer to transactions that use the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card but exclude bill payment transactions (routine bills), money transfers (funds transfer), cash advances, insurance and online subscriptions.
- The cashback will not be credited if the Card is in a blocked status or if there are delays in bill payments.
- Other terms and conditions apply.
General Terms
and Conditions
- The installment conversion applies only for the holder of the Danamon Credit or Charge Card, excluding Corporate Card.
- The minimum transaction starts from as low as Rp300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand) while the maximum amount that can be converted into installments differ based on the offer or in accordance with Bank Danamon's policy.
- The installment conversion applies only for retail transactions.
- The conversion is not valid for Credit Card transactions in the form of Installments, monthly bills and cash withdrawals.
- A penalty of 5% from the remaining principal
loan and running interest will be charged in case of:
• early or advance repayment; and
• failure to pay the minimum credit card bill for 2 consecutive months. - The Bank can cancel the application for installment conversion if the Cardholder fails to meet the program terms and conditions.
- The corresponding interest and applicable fees
to be charged during the time of program application will be based on
prevailing Bank policies.
