Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the MF Online Loyalty Campaign (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the MF Online Loyalty Campaign (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period starts from July 16, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers eligible for this Program are as follows:
Individual customers who are already registered with Bank Danamon (existing to the bank) or who will be registered with Bank Danamon (new to the bank).

Hereinafter referred to as "Customers".

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comply with the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program or if there are other reasons for such rejection or cancellation.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Customers purchase Mutual Funds through the D-Bank PRO application. If the Customer does not yet have a Single Investor Identification (SID), they can register for one through a Bank Danamon branch office.
  5. Customers may participate in the Program under the following conditions:
    1. Customers who are eligible to participate in this program are customers who make mutual fund purchase (subscription) transactions through the D-Bank PRO application in accordance with the program provisions, including Bank Danamon employees, with the following prize provisions:

      *Equity funds: Mutual funds that invest at least 80% of their portfolio in stocks.

      **Balanced funds: Mutual funds that invest in stocks, bonds, and money market instruments.

      ***Fixed Income Funds: Mutual funds that invest at least 80% of their portfolio in debt securities, such as government or corporate bonds.

    2. The purchase transaction value that can be calculated into the accumulated purchase is at least IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) or USD 100 (one hundred United States dollars) after deducting the subscription fee.
    3. Cashback calculation method:
      • Bank Danamon will calculate the accumulated mutual fund purchases made by customers at the end of each month during the Program Period.
      • Customers are entitled to cashback in accordance with the applicable cashback scheme for each type of equity, balanced, and fixed-income mutual fund, as stipulated in III.5 Terms and Conditions of the Program
      • The mutual fund purchase amount used as the basis for calculating cashback is in multiples of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah), rounded down.
    4. The maximum cashback that a Customer can receive is IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) per month per CIF.
  6. All mutual fund products eligible for this Program are subject to the following conditions:
    1. Not applicable to all money market fund products;
    2. For equity funds, the minimum subscription fee is 0.75%.
    3. For balanced and fixed income funds, the minimum subscription fee is 0.5%.
    4. For mutual fund products from Manulife Asset Management Indonesia and Eastspring Investment Indonesia, the minimum subscription fee provisions in points b and c do not apply.
    5. This includes any additional mutual fund products distributed by Bank Danamon in the future that meet the criteria in points a, b, and c above.
  7. If a Customer purchases a mutual fund product in USD (United States Dollars), the Customer will receive a cashback reward in Rupiah.
  8. The calculation of the accumulated fulfillment of mutual fund product purchases and the cashback value for mutual funds purchased by the Customer in USD (United States Dollars) is based on an exchange rate of IDR 17,000.00 (seventeen thousand Rupiah) per 1 (one) USD (United States Dollar).
  9. By conducting a Transaction and participating in the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Terms and Conditions of the Reward

  1. Prizes will be awarded within a maximum of 45 (forty-five) business days from the end of the Customer's transaction month.
  2. Prizes are in the form of cashback that will be credited directly to the Customer's account.
  3. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's active savings account in Rupiah in accordance with the applicable program scheme.
  4. If the Customer's account is inactive, blocked, or under other conditions that prevent the Prize from being credited, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Prize cannot be awarded.
  5. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge, and the Customer is fully responsible for any tax obligations (if any) on the cashback received in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia from time to time.
  6. Customers are entitled to benefit from the MF Online – Starter Program as long as they meet the program's terms and conditions for the same fund placement.
  7. Apart from the MF Online Starter Program, if the Customer makes a transaction that meets the Terms and Conditions of this Program and meets the Terms and Conditions of other programs, the Customer will only receive a prize or benefit in the amount of the largest prize or benefit, not cumulatively.

Program Risk

  1. Customers are not entitled to receive cashback prizes for the Program if the Customer does not fulfill the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Simulation

MF Online Loyalty Campaign Simulation as follows:

  1. Illustration 1 – Customer A (Eligible for the program with an accumulated amount of < IDR 50,000,000)

    Customer A makes accumulated mutual fund transactions through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Rp 20,000,000 of Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus on July 20, 2026, and Rp 5,000,000 of Sucorinvest Monthly Income Fund on July 25, 2026.

    In this illustration, all transactions by Customer A are eligible for cashback. The total accumulated amount of Rp 25,000,000 will be multiplied by 0.1% (program scheme). Within a maximum of 45 business days of the following month, a reward of Rp 25,000 will be credited to the Customer's account.

  2. Illustration 2 – Customer B (Eligible for the program with an accumulated amount of ≥ IDR 50,000,000)

    Customer B makes accumulated mutual fund transactions through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus for Rp 24,500,000 on July 20, 2026, and Sucorinvest Monthly Income Fund for Rp 25,700,000 on July 25, 2026.

    In this illustration, all transactions from Customer B are eligible for cashback, with a total accumulated amount of Rp 50,200,000. Customers are eligible for cashback of Rp 50,000,000 and above. Then Rp. 24,500,000 will be rounded down to Rp. 24,000,000 then multiplied by 0.5% and Rp. 25,700,000 will be rounded down to Rp. 25,000,000 then multiplied by 0.25% so that within a maximum of 45 working days of the following month, a prize of Rp. 182,500 will be credited to the Customer's account.

  3. Illustration 3 – Customer C (Not all products qualify for the program)

    Customer C makes accumulated mutual fund transactions through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Rp 30,000,000 of Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus on July 20, 2026, and Rp 150,000,000 of Schroder Dana Likuid on July 25, 2026.

    In this illustration, only the Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus purchase is eligible for inclusion in the calculation because it is an equity mutual fund, while Schroder Dana Likuid is a money market mutual fund. With a total accumulated value of Rp 30,000,000, Rp 30,000,000 will be multiplied by 0.1%, resulting in a maximum of 45 business days of the following month, when the prize of Rp 30,000 will be credited to the customer's account.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.
  2. Procedures for Customer Complaints can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, to the extent not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk," "General Terms and Conditions for Investment Products," and "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO Services."
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions under the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, indications of money laundering and/or indications of actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel their participation in the Program, or cancel the awarding of Program prizes to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia, and is a guarantee participant in the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are written in two languages ​​(Indonesian and English). In the event of any discrepancy in meaning or interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Reminder

Beware of fraud. Be careful and avoid being deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon. Any form of fraud or other actions by third parties associated with this Program are beyond Bank Danamon's jurisdiction.
