The General Terms and Conditions of the up to 30% (Thirty Percent) Discount Program at Tokyo Tower (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants who participate in the up to 30% (Thirty Percent) Discount Program at Tokyo Tower (“Program”) organised by PT JCB International Indonesia Tbk (“JCB”).

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

    Program Participants Criteria
    This program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:
    1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") who own and use a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card ("Program Participants").
  2. Program Terms and Conditions
    1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program Participants in this Program if the Program Participants do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
    4. Applies to Program Participants who own and transact using a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Card”).
    5. Applicable at Tokyo Tower located at 4 Chome-2-8 Shibakoen, Minato City, Tokyo 105-0011, Japan.
    6. Discounts are applicable with the following terms and conditions:
      1. 30% (thirty percent) discount for the main deck observatory by showing the JCB Special Offers promo page at the Tokyo Tower ticket counter, valid for up to five people per card.
      2. 10% (ten percent) discount for purchases by showing the JCB Special Offers promo page at the official Tokyo Tower store.
    7. Discounts do not include taxes and/or other additional charges.
    8. The program is not valid for online purchases.
    9. The program is valid every day during the Program Period.
    10. The program cannot be combined with other program and/or promotions.
    11. Program participants must use their Card for payment.
    12. Program participants must inform the staff before making a transaction to receive the discount under this Program.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Program Save Up to 7% (Seven Percent) at Sapporo Drug Store (Satudora) in Japan (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the Program Save Up to 7% (Seven Percent) at Sapporo Drug Store (Satudora) in Japan (“Program”), organized by PT JCB International Indonesia (“JCB”).

    5. Savings applies at Sapporo Drug Store (Satudora).
    6. Savings applies under the following conditions:
      • 5% (five percent) savings with a minimum transaction of JPY 5,000 (five thousand yen).
      • 7% (seven percent) savings with a minimum transaction of JPY 38,888 (thirty-eight thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight yen).
    7. Savings applies before tax and/or other additional charges.
    8. Program does not apply for online purchases.
    9. Program is valid everyday during the Program Period.
    10. Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    11. Program Participants must use Card for payment.
    12. Program Participants must inform staff and show the JCB Special Offers promo page before making a transaction to receive the saving under this Program.

    15.   4. Program Participant Complaints

  5. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. Products, services, and/or benefits provided JCB are solely the responsibility of JCB and are not products nor the responsibility of the Bank. For any issues or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact JCB directly.
    3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. All changes or updates will be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. If such changes involve modifications to benefits, risks, fees, or other conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the notification date. If no objection is submitted within that timeframe, the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Program Participant disagrees, they may cancel their Program enrollment after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
    4. Program Participants state that there are no, and will be no, transactions that indicate money laundering or other activities prohibited under prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    5. If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregular or suspicious transactions, money laundering, or violations of applicable laws, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate use of Bank products/services, revoke Program participation, and withdraw Program benefits from the affected Program Participant. The Program Participant must still fulfill any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
    6. In case of any irregularities related to the Program or if fraud is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report such concerns to Hello Danamon.
    7. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
    8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

WARNING

Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.

    Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:


    1. Program Period

      The Program will be conducted during the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 (“Program Period”).

    2. Program Participant Criteria

      This Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria :

      1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who own and transact using Danamon JCB Precious credit card (“Program Participant”).
    3. General Terms and Conditions of the Program
      1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
      2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel any Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
      3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
      4. Program applies to Program Participants who own and transact using Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Card”).
      5. Program is valid at Fullerton Spa located at Fullerton Hotel, 1M Floor, 1 Fullerton Square, Singapore 049178.
      6. 20% (twenty percent) saving applies.
      7. Program is valid for A La Carte treatments.
      8. Program is available every Monday to Thursday from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
      9. Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
      10. Program Participants must use Card for payment.
      11. Program Participants must register directly via phone or email at thefullertonspa@fullertonhotels.com or inform staff the JCB Special Offers promo before making a transaction to receive the saving under this Program.
      12. Program Participants are required to make payment when making a reservation.

      14. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Program Participant serves as valid proof of participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    4. Program Participant Complaints
      1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

    5. Other Terms and Conditions
      1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
      2. Products, services, and/or benefits provided JCB are solely the responsibility of JCB and are not products nor the responsibility of the Bank. For any issues or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact JCB directly.
      3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. All changes or updates will be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. If such changes involve modifications to benefits, risks, fees, or other conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the notification date. If no objection is submitted within that timeframe, the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Program Participant disagrees, they may cancel their Program enrollment after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
      4. Program Participants state that there are no, and will be no, transactions that indicate money laundering or other activities prohibited under prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
      5. If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregular or suspicious transactions, money laundering, or violations of applicable laws, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate use of Bank products/services, revoke Program participation, and withdraw Program benefits from the affected Program Participant. The Program Participant must still fulfill any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
      6. In case of any irregularities related to the Program or if fraud is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report such concerns to Hello Danamon.
      7. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
      8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

    Warning

    Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
